I want to take a moment to recognize the team from 6/18/26 on Thursday. From the RN, DR and the Receptionist they walked me through the whole process of me having to put my puppy down who was (14+yrs old). They were there for me the whole time before, during and afterwards. After the event happend they let me take my sweet time with him. So I want to thank them for the professionalism, Respect, an love they gave me for this time. Such an amazing team and today on 6/22/26 i went back to pick him back up an the Receptionist there today was amazing and Respectful of my emotions. So again thank you guys for everything you have done for me and the card I got in the mail! You guys rock. Miss you Chevy..

I drove an hour to see an exotic species vet for my guinea pig, Pip. Both the doctor and vet tech were extremely polite and gentle. They even examined my second GP whom I only brought to help ease Pip's stress. (Btw I was not charged a second exam cost for this) The examination was thorough and everything was explained to me along the way. I only wish this place was closer. I would bring all of my pets here! My total was $167 for exam, teeth trimming, pain meds, and mite meds.

Although my beloved pet cat has passed, the staff at Eau Gallie Vet provided the best care and wonderful sympathy and support upon my pet's passing. This team is really something wonderful! I brought my African Grey (Lloyd) here and they treated us both with love and kindness. Dr. Brickett and Matt are absolutely amazing, they both came in literally SAT ON THE FLOOR, and went over all options for Lloyd. They were extremely busy but never once made me feel rushed! We love this vet hospital. Our dog always gets the best attention, care, and support here and we appreciate that so much. The nurse Matt is super helpful and kind, truly appreciated all his help, along with the tech Alison who are dog loves! Such a lovely office full of great people who genuinely care about animals. All the vets are great too!

We’ve used this practice for acupuncture over several years, but today’s visit reinforced why we’ve moved to another veterinarian. Our dog has arthritis, wobblers, and hip dysplasia—conditions that require careful handling and comfort measures. We pay more per month for her care than we do for our own medical needs, and that investment should be reflected in the quality of attention she receives. We weren’t greeted upon arrival. We waited over ten minutes past our appointment time before being brought back. Once in the room, we waited thirty-plus minutes without being seen, attended to, or even offered a blanket or mat for our dog to lay on comfortably. Our current veterinarian uses more needles, leaves them in longer, takes detailed notes, and provides the level of care our investment deserves. She’s further away, but absolutely worth it.
