Very gentle and patient with my scared dog, she warmed up to the doctor quickly. The manager is so kind and the care team listened to my boundaries when it came to my pwt who ha behavioral issues, which made me feel heard. They took very good care of my dog, and I will definitely keep going back. I cant remember which doctor I saw, but thank you vetco team ! 😊

Took my pug in there and when we walked in we were noticed with "hello Ellie May, your not feeling well? Let me get your room ready for you ok." We had only been there 1other time for her first check up. Everyone there was so understanding, caring and concerned about our little girl. They were very considerate of us and took her to get some lab work done. Brought her back, we waited about 10 minutes they came in with a diagnosis and some antibiotics, want to check on her 3 days after they are gone. Everyone of their staff is wonderful! Her groomer from across the hall came over to check on her and make sure she was OK. We love our Petco family!

We needed to find another vet for our dog as the previous one closed for an extended amount of time. It was so easy to book appointments for our dog. I love the online appointment process. We were able to have his vaccinations updated and get his flea and tick meds. Recently our dog was not feeling well and again it was easy to book the appointment that day. The staff is wonderful. The vet techs and vets are very knowledgeable and caring. Everything was explained to us.

I thought the staff and the vet were very nice. Love how they were with my dogs. They explained everything clear to me. Answered all my questions. I felt taking care of and my dogs were happy too.

I can't tell you enough how good this place is.The vet techs are fabulous, i have to give a special shout out to jacqueline , and Elizabeth. They have both worked with my animals, especially Jacqueline with my older cat and she was so good to her, I will never forget how good this place is. And I'm very, very grateful for them. The vets are fantastic top-notch it's a little bit expensive. Yes. But it's worth every penny to me. And especially since you get your first visit for free, I don't know why people aren't flooding in there, they're fantastic. I like, Dr. Van Hessen and Dr. bridges, really, well, they've worked really well with my animals, they've worked with the money with me. I can't say enough nice things about this place.

We needed a vet, for non emergency, on a Saturday. I had scheduled going to an urgent care near me. They wanted $200 just to be seen. I didn't want to pay $200 for urgent care so, I called Vetco as soon as they opened. I was told initial office visit would be $86, plus any tests or medications. Needless to say, I canceled my appt with urgent care. Vetco got me in as soon as they opened. After answering a few questions, we were in a patient room and seen by an assistant. Shortly after, the Dr. He diagnosed our dog, gave us a prescription and they waived the $86 fee because I was a new client. Excellent service. I would take my dog there again in a heartbeat. Very nice people.

This was our first visit at vetco. After being with a former veterinarian office. We have pleasant experience, everyone was very nice and professional. Highly recommend them.
