For well over 30 years Dr. Bernard has always been our go-to vet. I hadn’t seen him in a few years, so of course I had to tease him for going gray. He shot back, "That’s the pot calling the kettle black!" We both had a great laugh. Melissa was in the room taking dictation and running the computer—probably because Dr. Bernard still thinks a mouse is something you catch with cheese. Our little dog Gracie has a collapsed trachea, and Dr. Bernard gave us some tips to keep it under control. Stephanie also quit feeding Gracie every five minutes, so Gracie has already lost half a pound. (Gracie insists we’re starving her—don’t believe her.) All kidding aside, Dr. Bernard and his crew are fantastic. My granddaughter Makyah is now working with the dogs there, which made the visit even better—I finally got to give her a big hug. We don’t see our grandkids often enough. If you’re looking for a veterinarian, Medford Animal Hospital is truly a one-stop shop for great pet care and good laughs. PS: The last picture proves that I'm not gray!

I'm so glad I found this place for my two cats! The facility is always clean and tidy—pretty impressive given all the animals that go in and out everyday. I love the cat room separate from the lobby/waiting area! There's a toy basket for the playful ones and some great windowsills for the curious ones. Definitely helps lower the stress levels getting away from the bigger pets outside! The staff are kind and attentive, and you can tell they really want the best for your pet. They ask questions and make the effort to get to know them/you. Plus, they're pretty quick! I've never spent more than half an hour here from walking in the door to leaving. I'd recommend anyone with a furry friend to trust this place with your pets!

We've been clients at MAH for over two years with our two pups- a puppy and a senior citizen. The staff and doctors are amazing. Random things I appreciate: The offices are super clean. I love that they have a separate cat waiting room and exam room- brilliant! I love that they have a text line that they monitor for making appointments and prescription questions. We often are able to make payment in the exam room before we leave which is also super easy and less to juggle. I've been impressed with each experience we've had here and we are committed and loyal clients. Thank you for the attention to detail and the thought and care you put into every interaction and your clinic. It is one of the best practices I've visited.

I was so impressed walking into the office and finding a separate room just for cats! They had a food station, litter box, and toys if needed. This was the calmest our cat had ever been in a vet’s office. Dr. Gail was wonderful, very caring and extremely knowledgeable. Plus, she let us know that our Kiki is actually a boy. We thought he was a girl for the past 6 years! 🙀 I highly recommend Medford Animal hospital to anyone looking for a good veterinarian.

My fur babies have always been seen by Dr Bernard or Dr Graber for the last 15 years. I have never trusted anybody else with my fur babies. For the very first time I saw a different Dr. - Dr. Gail. And for the very first time, I have another doctor that I trust with my fur baby. Picasso and I had the best experience with Dr. Gail and her assistant. They did a thorough job. They were very kind and very friendly and loving with my fur baby Picasso. They explained everything to me. They made sure that I understood everything, they were extremely knowledgable and they made sure that he was taken care of. I left there comfortable and happy with the Service. Picasso has also been happy the last couple of days he has been different. No more scratching, no more whining. Dr Gail really knew her stuff. I will be seeing Dr Gail again.

What a great experience. Our regular vet couldn't get my dog in to be seen for 2 weeks! I called Medford Animal Hospital and they got me in that day. The doctor thoroughly explained what was more than likely causing each of my concerns (there 3), and he came up with a game plan that was conservative but effective. By the next morning, Loki was feeling much better. The cost was reasonable in comparison to several other vets I have gone to. The vet assistant and front desk staff were kind and responsive to us. We are grateful and taking our vet care to Medford Animal Hospital for now on.
