I love all the doctors at High Point, but Dr. Hyland is Taz's favorite. The medical staff is professional and very friendly (Kait and Sonny were terrific with Taz). They love taking care of Taz, and the receptionists are always ready to greet us and get us checked in. I will always recommend High Point for pet care. They're the best!

Beware of getting your pet spayed or neutered!!!! Had a lengthy discharge conversation when picking up my dog. Unfortunately, not one mention of THE CATHETER THEY LEFT IN HER LEG !!!! She's a short Corgi and I sadly did not notice until I got home.

They have been the best vet I've been to by far. They delivered my dog's puppies when an emergency situation was imminent. They took me in as a new patient and responded to momma dog swiftly during labor early in the morning. They gave me updates on her birth while I was away and have cared for all of the pups since that day. I'm so very grateful for the personal, caring and professional experience I've had. They give accurate pricing before procedure and are upfront with all care needs. I can actually remember my dog's medicine regimen- and even when I forget, I can call in and ask without feeling stupid. They have been so flexible and helpful with my busy schedule. I can't tell you how good it feels to be heard and feel like they are here for my family members. I'm always greeted with smiles and I know my dogs will be treated with good care and a high attention to detail. There is no "SOL" at Highpoint Animal Hospital. They get it done and when they can't, they assist you in finding the help you need ASAP. No animal left behind or in pain. So very thankful!!

I have always had the best experience at High Point. Dr. Slovak is my go to doctor there and she has been the best Vet I could ask for. Even when I have had to put my animals down, she was compassionate and caring. All the Vets there are great!

Dr. Jones was extremely kind, compassionate, and accommodating with getting our rats euthanized. My wife and I appreciate him more than we can say. Bless you Dr. Jones 💜💜

I absolutely love this hospital. The Vets are so caring and willing to talk about whatever questions that you may have, and they do it with such patience. I would not take my dogs anywhere else.

Every vet, vet tech and staff member at this facility is amazing, they are patient and caring and always willing to answer the crazy questions i have, i tend to be a head case always over worrying and they never make you feel bad about it. Would give more than 5 stars if i could. Special thank you to dr. Slovak for taking care of my first baby during her 11/12 years here and here for all of our new babies needs!
