They were able to fit my dog in the same day for an injury, and get her into surgery the next day. The staff were all so friendly and kind. & they even bandaged her up with a hearts.

Love the location and the staff. All three of our dogs go and they take great care of our dogs. I have never felt that they glance over concerns and will assist in giving me options for items such as allergy meds for my dog and not pushing for the most expensive option! They take great pride in the service and care since I’ve been taking my newest dog. My three happy banfield dogs.

My wife shopped around for prices to get out dog spayed. Banfield seemed to have the best price. They required a wellness visit so we came in for it. They then explained they would require another wellness visit in 4 days plus another approximately $150 of costs that were not communicated on the phone call for an estimate. After all the extra costs it is cheaper to go to the pet hospital right by our house. They would work on price transparency and not waste people’s time

This place is very racist. They said they felt unsafe because my sister and I were emotional about putting our cat down. Unsafe why? Cause we’re black? This place is not for people of color. And vet had no empathy when discussing my cats health. Will never be back and will never recommend to other people.

It wasn't as horrible as some of these reviews say but it wasn't great to say the least. They're definitely demeaning. Seems like the vet was in such a rush that she could barely explain what she was even wanting us to do at home or what to watch for. What she DID tell us is that every single thing about my dog's existence is "concerning". When I tried to explain that he's a runt and that I've had him since he was 4 days old and he's always looked runty- she cuts me off and goes "That's actually illegal". I was like ya well the mom is dead so... Long story short I didn't get much of a word in and unless we want to pay $200 for a UTI test then there is nothing we should watch for at home.

Banfield has always done a great job taking care of my dog, Cooper! They are always friendly and keep me informed on his visits.

We love the staff…front of house and back…absolutely love Dr. Huettl. The level of care they provide for my dogs is second to none…not to mention all the love and kisses
