FIRST TIME HERE! I can’t say enough great things about Woodlands Creek Animal Hospital. They took such wonderful care of our fur baby, and it truly meant the world to us. The staff is incredibly personable, compassionate, and attentive. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about both the pets and their owners. We’re so grateful to have found a team we trust completely with our fur baby. Highly recommend! Dr. Eslick has taken great care of my catahoula for the past few years. He is so friendly and was able to remove a tumor to extend my dog’s life, in addition to treating and alleviating symptoms of his arthritis. They always take their time with their patients and their prices are also quite reasonable. I highly recommend Woodlands Creek Animal Hospital to take care of your pet’s needs.

Our, male lab mix Finn trusts Dr Conrad who has a great personality and demeanor. We are close to Woudlsnds Creek Animal Hospital. The vet assistant who sets the stage for the vet is also very caring and friendly. We like the facility and people.

This veterinary office is truly fantastic! The staff is absolutely wonderful and demonstrates such care and expertise with my animals. Plus, they're so thoughtful about providing a drink when you enter the examination room. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!

This is the email I just sent them: The volume and tone of your messages feel overwhelming and accusatory, as though I’m being portrayed as a negligent pet owner. That is not acceptable. This feels like deceptive marketing, especially when the communication is framed as concern but consistently pushes additional costs. During my last visit, I was offered the same medication I already had at home — which was not expired. That experience, combined with the repeated emails, makes it seem like the focus is on sales rather than care. My pet is family to me. I take their health seriously. What I will not accept is feeling pressured or shamed into unnecessary purchases. If the emails continue after this request, I will consider them harassment. Please remove me from your promotional and marketing lists immediately. I'm also going post this online, for I think truth and love, not lies and Deceptive advertising !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dare I say ,how much I have already spent with simple routine...

We had made the decision to switch vets (we'd been with our previous vet for 11 years), and wanted to bring our two Belgian Malinois here. From the first phone call, I knew this was the vet we were switching to. That said, I had a weird request - I wanted to know if I could speak to the vet so we could make sure it was the right fit; since we have two working dogs, we are particular with their care (and it does take a special vet to understand their needs). Dr. Conrad not only called us back, but spoke to us for 30min, allowing us to ask questions, and provide details about our two girls. She had multiple suggestions for how to make the visit go smoothly, as one of our girls is dog reactive. At our first appointment, they did everything possible to make sure our girls were comfortable, including ensuring there were no other dogs in the waiting area in order to avoid an issue. We never felt like we were a bother, couldn't ask questions, etc. Dr. Conrad took her time with each exam, and we left knowing we made the right decision in switching! This vet is AMAZING!

Super easy to talk to, brought my 8 week old puppy for a full check-up. Dr.Conrad was very informative and caring about the health of my puppy.
