I had an emergency with my son's cat (Yui) and had no vet because the one I took her to previously closed suddenly. I called NAH and they got me in immediately--no questions! I am extremely grateful to them because she (Yui) ended up needing surgery for extraction of several teeth and they got it done completely within a few days. Absolutely amazing service! 10/10, will be a customer for life! 😀 Thanks guys, for being so great!

I got an appointment right away for a recheck on my emergency services with my dog. My vet is very informative and logical about her condition (which ER thought it was a big deal and of course wanted to keep her overnight and do a lot of extensive testing, which is their job just like urgent care with humans). She's now much better and "normal". She'll be happy to get back to day care! My regular visits are always prompt, fair, and informative.

I’ve been taking my kitties to Northside Animal Hospital since 2005. The building and staff have grown and changed through the years but the quality of care (and carers) has never wavered. I’m proud to have such a high-quality veterinary practice in our neighborhood.

Called the clinic about my mother’s dog. Spoke with Jada on the phone who was upbeat, patient and professional the whole time. Gathered basic information about our pet along with a list of the issues our dog has been experiencing. She showed compassion about our pet and was easy to schedule an appt with. Got us seen that very same week . So pleasured with my experience.

Such a warm and caring place to bring my dog. The VA, Amanda was so kind and gentle with my dog, she made her feel welcomed. Dr. Erica was great, as she took the time to explain everything to me. I never felt like I was being rushed. Thank you!
