We had an appointment with Dr. Ines Pinto for FVRCP vaccination. Throughout the appointment, the staff and Dr. Pinto were very friendly and professional. Dr. Pinto and the vet assistant were very caring and attentive to my cat, making sure that the assessment was done correctly and quickly to reduce stress for my cat. Dr. Pinto was also very quick when administering the vaccination so that my cat would not feel stressed and painful. It is very quick and easy to re-schedule our appointment, and the assesment record we received afterwards is very thorough and informative with tips on how to improve the pet's health at home. (For us, it's our cat's dental health and weight) Highly recommend!!

I love bringing Ace to Heritage. Everyone is so patient and gentle with him, and he always gets spoiled with treats. I really appreciate how friendly the whole staff is, they do a great job of creating a clean and calm environment for you and your pets.

I had an excellent experience at Heritage Animal Clinic during an emergency visit for my cat, Tiana, who was dealing with high glucose levels and a urinary tract infection and Miami who suffers from allergies. The staff were incredibly friendly and made a stressful situation much easier. We were seen quickly, and the wait time was impressively short. Dr. Inez Pinto was extremely compassionate taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure Tiana and Miami received the best possible care. The clinic itself is very clean and quiet, and I appreciated that they have a separate room for dogs, which helped my babies stay calm. Another big plus is that they have their own pharmacy convenient to get all necessary food and medications right away. Overall, this is a fantastic veterinary clinic, and I highly recommend Heritage Animal Clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and efficient care for their pets.

It was a great experience being at Heritage! The place is extremely clean, and there was no wait time at all. As soon as we arrived, we were taken care of right away. The entire staff was wonderful, but a big shoutout to Dana — she was spectacular: patient, kind, and very friendly! Thank you so much. This will definitely be our vet from now on. They evaluated our baby girl, Nala, provided the right treatment, and she fully recovered. We truly appreciate the excellent care. Thank you!

My fur baby and I LOVE this animal clinic. The staff is absolutely amazing. I called them today due to some issues my dog was having and they were able to see him right away. As soon as we walked in, my dog was at ease and so was I. They explained everything they were going to do, as well as the results when they came back. They happily answered any questions I had. Also, before anything is done, they go over pricing and make sure you’re comfortable with the amount. They also accept care credit which is a bonus. Five stars doesn’t justify how incredible these ladies are.

This was my first visit with my Chihuahua. I went for her annual checkup and shots. I liked Dr. Pinto and her staff. They spent a lot of time with me and gave the dog a through checkup. The charges were reasonable. They have a good website to schedule appointments.

Dr. Pinto is our baby’s vet since he was a little puppy. She has been very thorough and caring in all our visits, also answering all our questions very patiently. Also, her clinic offered to apply the DNA test to our baby when this was a very important question for us. In addition, all staff members (in particular, Ms. Lindsay and Ms. Nicole) at Heritage Animal Clinic have been very caring and welcoming making the Heritage Animal Clinic a warm and loving place for our precious baby. Based on our experience for a year, we strongly recommend Heritage Animal Clinic.
