P.E.T.S. Clinic of Lubbock

This was our first visit to P.E.T.S., and everyone was so kind to Peaches and us. There was barely a wait, and the cost was phenomenal! We were in and out in 45 minutes. Peaches got the works - vaccines, microchip, dewormer, heartworm prevention, flea & tick prevention, and nail trim. I highly recommend them.

They get one stars for being nice but I can't give them anything higher because I've never been there and it's their fault. I signed up on their website in June and they didn't contact me again until December. I had to reschedule due to a sudden family death and I'm once again waiting just to get an appointment. I'm trying to be nice but it doesn't make sense for me to wait just to get a date. If I gotten an appointment and it was 5 months away that's fine. But it's not hard to look at a calendar and find an empty spot for a simple spay and vaccination for my cat. I was willing to wait and be patient because of all the good reviews but I can't justify it anymore. I live paycheck to paycheck and work full time. My only days off being the weekends when the clinic is closed. And it's hard to go to the other clinics because of the cost. But I'm just gonna suck it up and go because despite being i business for 18 years they should have a much better scheduling system. I DO NOT wish the employees any harm or hope the business closes down and I'm happy they have satisfied customers. I'm just leaving my honest review as someone whose unsatisfied with the way things are ran and hope they do better in the future for anyone hoping to go there.

Took my 1yr old shitzu in for his ear bothering him. They cleaned and put ointment on it and gave him 7days of antibiotics. Thank you

I had 3 of my farm cats neutered and microchipped at P.E.T.S. Clinic. Even though they were extremely busy, the staff was kind and knowledgeable making me feel at ease. They went over everything with me thoroughly and answered any questions I had. They even mentioned at pick up how much they liked my sweet boys and complimented them on how good they were especially for being outdoor only cats.

I have come to P.E.T.S. twice, once to get my cat neutered and second time to get our new addition to family Kiara/German shepherd shots. They are very reassuring and helpful with pets. Also their prices are reasonable/doable. I am glad we have them to go to. Thank you P.E.T.S.

We brought our kitten and received wonderful & friendly service. You can tell the staff genuinely cares and more importantly, I love the fact that they make you watch the video before discharge. Providing knowledge to people is helpful, especially when it comes to our fur babies. THANK YOU P.E.T.S. of Lubbuck.
