Took care of my buddy Sam as a walk in. He was not feeling good(tummy problems) and the ladies got him taken care of. Dr. Fine and her crew are excellent. Was in and out really quickly.
The Dr. I saw was amazing too. They saved my little dog with pancreatic. And then I called about the same thing about a year latter. I already paid them f I r the first treatment. I ask if I could bring her in for the same thing. I td them I would pay them three days latter. And they wouldn't even speak to me. So it's about Tha money I found out quickly. Not about Tha care.
Absolutely love Dr Barney. One of our kittens ended up with FIP. Normally a deadly condition for these babies. She has worked with us for going on 3 months now. Krystal is doing amazing with the new FIP med. this office is so peaceful. A plus for our sick babies. All the techs and staff are so sweet and loving to the babies. She anxiously awaits her graduation/remission day!! Getting her forever home once she’s cleared!!
Please do not go here those people are not compassionate at all I had a appointment at 130 today to put my dog down he was very old and literally dying in my arms it was going to be 2 and I asked the lady what is taking so long and that I had an appointment and to Please hurry she said there was nothing she could do even while I told her my dog is in pain and dying. It was bad enough that the lady that they were calling to go back for her appointment she offered it to me I usually got to 114th location but I went to this one because it was closer while I was still waiting I called the 114th location told them what was happening they told me to please come in and I would get priority And they sure did I waited 5 minutes got called to the back with my dying dog I'm really pissed off at the 50th street location I wasn't able to grieve the way the 114th location allowed me to in private and less amount of wait time. The 114th location are compassionate and they actually show they really care STAY AWAY FROM THE 50TH STREET LOCATION People are rude not compassionate and didn't seem like they had there stuff in order
Used to be a good place. But nowadays all the employees are lazy and overwieght and don't seem to be in any hurry. Even with an appointment expect to wait a half hour. Also overpriced. They charge twice as much for meds as other vets.
This place used to be good. They did surgery on one of my babies and I got my arthritis meds for another baby from them for like 5 years. My vet here was Dr. Meagan Fine and she was great. they claim she is still employed there but I havn't seen her for a few months, nor any of the vet techs and assistants who recognized me and knew my dogs... And when I try to call them and ask for her she is never there..... There seems to be an entire new bunch of employees there and when I asked where the old crew went they became so defensive and rude that I felt threatened. The new "Doctor" they have now refused to even examine my dog when I brought him in with injuries from a fight with another dog unless I paid nearly $800 dollars for tests bloodwork and a list of other unnecessary BS, UP FRONT. Before they would even put on gloves and examine my baby at all.
Went for dental exam ! For my 9 yr old they angered his teeth worse ! Sent home with no scripts ! He suffered all night w/ worse pain ! Called they showed no remorse ! Never taking him there , again !
