Ashley is the best tech and Dr. V is just likeable. I trust them with my babies. you can too. Jamie is very knowledgeable and helpful on the phones. I love when I call and I hear her voice on the other end.

Dr. V is highly knowledgeable. Her communication is honest and informative. She was available to answer all of our questions and was very supportive. We are thankful that our cat is in her care.

Growing up my family had always brought our pets to Linwood, so when it was my chance I did the same. In the last couple of years I have moved to Maine, and kept bringing my Pickles here. As she got older and medical issues started, everyone at linwood was so helpful, knowledgable and caring. The amount of times they sat on the phone with me explaining things in detail and answering any and all questions I had, was amazing. They were always extremely flexible in knowing I had a commute or when a family member brought Pickles for her check up. Pickles just had a check up for some uncharacteristic behavior and breathing issues, that resulted in her crossing over the rainbow bridge. It was the hardest and most heartbreaking decision I’ve ever made in my life, and the staff at Linwood were supportive, caring, empathetic, and made the experience one I will never forget. Their compassion and care for their pet owners (as well as pets) is unmatched. I highly highly highly recommend Linwood Animal Hospital to anyone that is searching for a vet, they are truly amazing and I am indebted to them for the great care they have taken of my sweet Pickles.

Jamie and Ashley and there was one other girl I can’t remember her name were absolutely wonderful! We had a situation where we needed to get our 3 dogs rabies vaccines asap and they went above and beyond to squeeze us in ( thank goodness they had a cancellation) they got us in and out super fast and I felt like we had their full attention for the duration of our visit. Very nice staff! Quick and efficient 5 stars

I would never take my pets anywhere else but Linwood! From beginning of life to the end and everything in between, they are the BEST 🙂

Really disappointing experience. Very rushed, did not do a proper examination, missed a growth on her paw, and kept springing things on me to sell me. I brought my cat in for multiple concerns and Dr. H came in with a strangely aggressive/inpatient attitude saying she needs to give a rabies vaccine since my cat has no record or she can't do an exam, though this was never mentioned to me prior to her coming in already starting the appointment. The vet then did not do a full examination of my cat. I mentioned she had issues with her claws, she did not even look at her paws. If she did she would have noticed the obvious growth on her paw that I noticed a couple days later. I mentioned spots of missing fur on her leg, she didn't look. I asked about specific things other vets had seen and brought up to me, she didn't look. Didn't ask me any of the questions or discuss the topics that every other vet has talked to me about during visits. She was already done with the visit before she came in. I don't know what personal stuff Dr. H brought into the room that day, we all have our stuff, but she didn't do the job. If you wanna have an attitude, at least provide the services I'm paying for. After she left the tech then asked me if I wanted to buy more tests that the vet did not mention. They then told me that they recommend giving her a sedative for the next appt because she was "wiggly" and they can sell it to me today. Do you not know how to examine a cat that's not sedated? She was fine, we have been to multiple vets and not a single one has suggested giving her sedative. As for the vaccine, why did no one tell me it would be required and charged for? My cat has been examined in MA without records before, and when I made the appointment with the person at the front desk we discussed not having records. That would have been the time to tell me that they will then require a vaccine, so I should get the record, not when the appt has started and my cat is already being grabbed.
