Gailor Animal Hospital

I have been a client at Gailor Animal Hospital for approximately 30±years. Rusty and all of his staff have always been and they continue to be extremely dedicated, attentive, accessible, knowledgeable and friendly to both the clients and the animals under the care of the client. It is because of these qualities as well as their remarkable standard of integrity that serves as the foundation for trusting and allowing them to manage the care of both my pets and any additional animals under my care (rescues, etc) needing medical care. It is also the reason why I always recommend and refer Gailor Animal Hospital as my primary choice to friends/family as well as local residents, rescues, animal care orgs seeking veterinary/medical services for pets and/or animals in need. This review in particular is for Dr. Roberts & her assistant. Though I’ve seen all of the doctors at some point & really liked them, Dr. Roberts is who brought me to google to leave a review. I lost my baby of 15 years recently & I felt so supported & cared for by her. The decision to euthanize wasn’t based on what one imagines it to be which made an emotional situation even more difficult, but her compassion & empathy was the light that got me through an extremely dark time. Her assistant was just as supportive & I do not want to leave a review without mentioning her as well (I can’t remember her name). But thank you to them for making me feel heard & cared about when I quite literally wasn’t sure if I’d make it out of that office that day. I hope they see this so they know how much their kindness meant to me.

Dr Gailor and all of the staff there took excellent care of our Husky Razzle and us. We are so very thankful he had you all for his care from being a puppy to that last horrible day we had to say goodbye to him. We will always be thankful for everything... Jerry and Sonia

We moved to the area this past summer from out of state and our senior pup had a few health issues upon our arrival. We always received great care from the staff and the veterinarians who took care of our gal. Last week we had to put her down and the experience was about as good as you could have asked for. The staff was caring and we were able to pay for the services in the treatment room instead of awkwardly having to do it in front of all the other patrons (we were obviously upset and emotional). Dr Brewer was very caring and adjusted our plan for euthanasia based on our requests at the last minute, which I was extremely grateful for. I just picked up the remains today and it came in a very thoughtful bag with a card, certificate, and a beautiful urn. I can’t thank the entire team enough for making one of the toughest experiences much easier for us to navigate. While we do not plan to get another pet for a while, if we did we would 100% get our care through Gailor again.

This hospital! What can I say you all are amazing. So very Compassionate, caring, loving, professional. Yesterday we had to lay our Tucker down for his final rest. Dr. Renick, Dr. Gailor and Dr. Roberts have all been there for my Puppy boy. This is the best place by far. We have taken all of our animals here and will not go anywhere else. Thank you all for the amazing care you provide!! This was Tucker when he was ill he loved to sit and lay in their pews!

Awesome place! HiGHLY Recommend!! They've taken wonderful care of our 2 dogs and cats over the last 5 years and have done an amazing job! The vets and staff are very experienced and caring!!

Terrible place to go, took my puppies up there to get their shots and everyone was having a good time us and the workers. We was talking with the ladies behind the counter until my bill was ready and I asked if she had a bf and if I could write her sometime. She gave me her card and said her number was on the bottom.. said she might or might not text back and we laughed. That was it. I paid and left. I’ll post the text in a second, my puppies almost died in a kennel fire and I was trying to get them in the vet and they said I wasn’t aloud up the anymore, yelled it and and said they sent me a letter.. that is crazy, and hung up on me, so I let my dog die? Very unprofessional I don’t know who I spoke with but she has never been held accountable for anything.. really hope they look into this cause my dog can barley walk
