We’re new to Louisville. We brought our very sick dog here and we’ve been thrilled with the care our dog has received. Dr. White and her team have been nothing but great. Truly a blessing.

I love them! I've been bringing my fur babies to them for 10 years, and they've been beyond wonderful every time!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment we called with an emergency, the staff at Derby City Crossroads Animal Hospital was incredible. I explained that we’d had a bad experience in the past with my German Shepherd because he doesn’t like to be held, and they immediately made me feel at ease. They offered the option to prescribe anxiety medication for him to take two hours before his appointment, which was such a thoughtful touch and immediately made me feel better. They were able to get him in same day, quickly diagnosed a double ear infection, and treated him with such patience and care. To my surprise, my dog actually did amazing during the visit, a true first for him! Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, understanding, and professional. You can tell they truly care about both the animals and their owners. I can’t thank them enough for turning what could’ve been a stressful visit into such a positive experience. Highly recommend to everyone in need of a vet. five stars all the way! Thank you to the amazing staff.

My cat has her first appointment here today and I am delighted at the care the entire staff provided. They were attentive, caring and welcoming. All of my questions were thoroughly answered and I left feeling confident we established an excellent health plan going forward. I never felt pressured to spend more on tests or treatments than I was comfortable with and I think the prices were very reasonable.

I bring both of my cats to Crossroads regularly and Dr. White and staff are always so kind and caring. My cats aren’t always friendly to strangers, let alone someone who pokes and prods, but when we’re here they always sense that they are in good hands! Fairly priced, great staff!

Very friendly staff! Great availability for emergency work ins. Morris and Ruby give it 1 star though, they say lose the stick up the butt every time and its a solid 5 star review 😹😹
