Amazing staff and amazing service! So glad I took my kitty here. They handled him so well, informed me in detail about his health and what to do for him at home, and were so kind every step of the way. Definitely alleviated my cat's and my own anxiety about vet visits 😅 We'll be back soon! Thank you.

Have been going to the Cat Clinic for years with 5 different cats. First with Dr. Jones and in recent years with Dr. Corbett. Both she and the office staff are very professional and patient with all my questions. I like that it's a cat clinic with no other types of animals to stress out my babies. I am thankful for the great personalized care they have given to every cat, each with their own issues. If you need to know costs of procedures, they have no problem advising that in advance. Their prices are reasonable based on the care they provide. It was surprising to me when Dr. Corbett and staff followed up after some visits/procedures, checking in often to see how they were — like no other vet I’ve had before. And when one of them went to the "Rainbow Bridge" everyone was sympathetic and compassionate, even sending a card in the mail. Wait times have never been a problem. They’ve squeezed in immediate appointments when the issues were not emergencies, but needed prompt attention. I expect to use the Cat Clinic as long as I have cats!

If you are looking for a Vet for your cat, this is the place to go. The doctor talks to you like you are an actual human, and explains everything to you. Also the follow up care is amazing. They check in after your kitty has left the vet to make sure everything is going ok. I definitely recommend!

A few months ago I had to be put in a temporary home because of fire and I had to put my cats three of them in shelter at the cat clinic of Louisville 3 months in thinking I was going to get to go home I had to extend my stay and I jokingly said to the receptionist to not share their food with the other cat because I remembered when Lucy's dish dropped in the cat helped herself it was just a joke she laughed about it. After that she went and told them all that I had accused them of giving my cats food to the other cat which I did not I was only joking with her a few days later Jimmy goes on the attack and accuses me of being abusive towards her and he was nasty he said for me to come and get my cats which I could really couldn't do because I was still out of my home he even called me on my phone and left them argument of message. Dr Corbett condoned his behavior. She said he wasn't being abusive but he was. Verbally and emotionally. Here's a tip don't ever joke with them because they'll take it the wrong way and act stupid. I'm going to take all of my cats elsewhere.

Update: I am so grateful to have found this practice. Dr. Corbett and her team are phenomenal. My kitty and I love the calm atmosphere of the clinic and the open communication. I finally feel like I found a vet who is working to maintain relationships and provide long term care, opposed to a quick in/out visit with little follow-up. I was on the waitlist for a while before finally getting in and it was worth it! I’m so glad my 11yo chronically ill cat is in good hands. First time: I had a lovely first experience. My cat was calm the entire time 🙂 The clinic was quiet and the staff were great with handling my kitty. I felt like the staff really listened to what I was saying and made sure to clarify if needed. Dr. Corbett reviewed bloodwork results with me in detail. I’m looking forward to continuing care with her.

Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and safe staff. Pricing kind of shocked me, but to know my cats were in the hands of specialists (and fellow cat people) was worth every penny. They even called my baby boi, "very handsome." Which, of course, we already knew. 🙂

Everyone was extremely calm and patient with my cat, and Dr. Corbett is very knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care. I appreciate that it’s a cat only office because my cat has never been socialized around dogs and she would always get stressed at other vet clinics.
