Banfield Pet Hospital

I’ve been a loyal customer of Banfield Pet Hospital for years, but this location is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Trying to get ahold of anyone is a nightmare—expect to sit on hold for 10+ minutes, only to get little to no help once someone finally answers. Communication is nonexistent, which is especially frustrating when you’re dealing with the health and well-being of your pets. What’s even more concerning is how my pet was treated. After visits, my pet came home acting overly sedated and clearly not themselves. It’s alarming and heartbreaking to feel like your animal may have been mishandled or overmedicated without proper explanation. When you trust a place with your pet, you expect care, transparency, and professionalism. This location delivers none of that. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. This has been, without question, the worst Banfield experience I’ve had—and after many years as a customer, that says a lot.

It's simply fantastic one of the kind best pet hospitals! Dr. Becker is marvelous!!!! Also Belinda and Rachel are so polite and helpful!! I just really appreciate the whole staff!❤️ Your pet will love you forever getting the most wonderful care for them! They treat them like their own babies

This is the second time I’ve brought my dog ​​to the PetSmart at 4601 Outer Loop Road, Louisville, KY 40219, and the woman working at the front desk is extremely rude and incredibly racist. This isn't the first time; she has a terrible attitude. She handles everything in such an unpleasant manner that she makes you feel absolutely terrible. It’s a shame, because the rest of the staff is very friendly, but I simply cannot deal with her bad temper and racism every time I need to bring my dog ​​in. I think, unfortunately, I will have to switch to a different location.

I absolutely love the staff that took care of my baby Rose! We had been going thru some hard times and had fallen behind on her care. The staff ensured me that I was doing the right thing getting her back on track and took care of her initial visit and shaved her down for me because she gotten matted. I will def be back and continue my fur baby care with this team. My family and I are more than. Grateful for their empathy and understanding. Thank you thank you THANK YOU

I have been taking my cat here since 2018, they take great care of my elder cat and are understanding of my situation with certain cats being outside cats. They are patient with me as the cat parent and how forgetful I am with my appointments.

very disappointed!!! 😞 the staff there is unprofessional and not very dog friendly!! the rooms are dirty, my dog was not happy around the workers. The female worker told me to keep my dog away. At that point I didn't want any service from them. wasted time!! I'll never go back there again!!!

I wish I could leave 0 stars, I made an appointment 7 days in advance, this place called me days before asking me to be there 15 minutes early and I said ok, I got there early and after a long wait they didn’t know when they could see my puppy. I had to leave work early to pick up my daughter from school to be there on time and they didn’t even have a room, I went to ask how long it was going to take them and they didn’t know.
