Been going to Miller, now Miller-VCA since the 1970s. They've always been there when needed. Clean, top notch staff & Dr's. If your animal is a family member, take them here.

I brought my cat in for recurring ear and skin issues and had a lot of questions. The staff and veterinarian were patient, thorough, and took the time to explain their reasoning without making me feel rushed. We didn’t necessarily agree on every aspect of the treatment plan, but I appreciated that they listened, answered my concerns, and treated both me and my cat with kindness and respect. That’s becoming harder to find these days, and I’m grateful for the care they provided.

I took my dog here after I got him from a shelter, the front desk people were not very kind. I got stuck behind an accident on my way there and called them to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late and instead of trying to reschedule me the woman I spoke to was rude and said she would see if they could get me in. When I got there the kept referring to my dog as she because he was wearing a pink sweater and harness even though all of his paper work, and very visible genitalia, say he is a male dog. I normally would not mind as he is fairly feminine but this is a vet we are talking about. He is my first dog and I was not told how often he needed flea and tick by the vet who prescribed it meaning he got fleas and when I called and asked the vet for help they said " well you didn’t pick up his medicine so I’ll call you later and see if we can get some" by the time I heard back I had already gone to a different vet and was given a new prescription and clean direction for dosage and use. And for me the icing on the cake is that they spell my name wrong on all the things they send me! I called to be taken on the mailing list today and they referred to my dog as a girl again.

Honestly just had the best vet experience of my dogs life to date with this place! The entire staff is warm, kind, and welcoming- and helped my dog who is anxious about vets. Doctor Nunez was incredible and was able to successfully give my dog his shots when his last vet visit at a different hospital was unsuccessful and gave up due to his anxieties. This place is incredible and I am so excited to have such an amazing vet now where I feel so confident in the staff and hospital. Two very enthusiastic paws up

Horrible clinic!!! Never!!! Never visit them. They only want your money and nothing more!!!! One day they charge me 97$ for 2 vaccinations and exam. Next time for same vaccinations they charge me almost 200$ !!!! How it is possible?!!!! They told me after, it is not vaccinations day 🤦‍♀️! How I supposed to know that if nobody told me that!!! Be careful!!!! And yes, they "suggest " me do for puppy DHPP vaccinations 5 times 🤦‍♀️.
