Our Doberman Hudson had a foreign object lodged into his small intestines. We went to so many different vets who all scared us in thinking it was a death sentence but Dr. Judge and Dr. Sroufe were so calm, cool, and collected. They made sure to call us every few hours with updates, had a successful surgery, and monitored our baby at all times. The front staff is so kind and helpful. We made a last minute decision to bring him there and although it was expensive, the care and love they have given Hudson has been worth every penny. I’m probably forgetting more names but I am eternally grateful for them.

Dr Balfour was excellent and caring with our dog. We really appreciated Dr. Balfour's expertise, knowledge and professionalism which allowed us to make an informed decision. We always felt he was giving us the best and current information. He has a wonderful bedside manner and listened to our concerns and answered every question clearly. Daisy, the Office Personnel who answered the phone with our initial call, was so helpful, and acted in a timely manner to retrieve our records from our regular Vet. We appreciate Daisy's help with assisting us with getting an appointment. I highly recommend VCA ASEC

The team at VCA ASEC is truly one of the best. We were referred to bring our corgi here for care where we met with both Dr. Krause in Internal Medicine and Dr. Downing in Oncology. Both so wonderful, caring, and very kind to us and to our corgi. Everyone from the front desk to the vet techs took really great care of our corgi and of us when we came to visit. Would highly recommend coming here for thoughtful care and honesty when it comes to the health of your beloved animals. So thankful for everyone at VCA ASEC and everything they do!

This is a wonderful hospital that you can truly trust. They have excellent doctors who genuinely care about their patients. They saved my dog’s life. He had a hernia and was unable to go to the bathroom, but thanks to their expertise and care, he is now completely healthy. I am incredibly grateful. 🙏🐾

Having a pet is a very emotional experience. Entering a 24/7 vet facility because your dog is in distress, is unimaginable. From start to finish, this facility is wonderful. Every staff member and especially the doctors were kind and informative. The vets never rushed our appointments. They were there for, and with, us. It's with mixed emotions that I write this review; sad that my fur baby was in need of emergency care, and yet, SO grateful that all of his needs were met in his moments of crisis.

Not sure why this place has such low reviews. We had a great experience here & are grateful for the care the staff showed our kitten. He went in for surgery because it was believed that he had an obstruction and when they opened him up, found that the obstruction had passed. I think the adrenaline of things causes your mind to go through the what if’s, but the staff and care team at VCA ASEC made this whole situation as easy as possible. While in the beginning the surgeon was near certain he required surgery, we never felt coerced or pushed to spend an astronomical amount of money to save our kitten. I felt that everyone here was as transparent as they could be. I also appreciate how responsive they are. While we nurse our baby back to health from what turned out to be a minor surgery, they’ve answered every call and every question in a kind and thoughtful manner. They definitely deserve more praise as they made what could have been a much more traumatic situation, as easy as possible.

I don’t know why they have such low reviews. This place is awesome. The compassion, care , love for pets is incredible. Our very love buddy Stitch passed yesterday. The stuff was amazing even one of the doctors assistant showed us so much love . We really love this place . Thank you so much , my family can’t express how grateful we are .
