Welp last time I was here with you know who, he was maybe 6-7, this was around 2020, so he’s now 12-13 maybe? He’s been acting strange lately and I thought maybe something was wrong.. turns out hes just fine! Place was very nice and clean. The doctors were great as always and it was very quick! Recommended!

Great experience at DTLA Vet! Extremely nice lady got us a room and checked on us periodically due to an emergency and the holiday. I was very impressed with the doctor who was not afraid of my dog and very calm—my dog walked off with her. She was thorough, compassionate and had a great sense of humor. I was not forced/scared into paying for anything unnecessary for the illness and worked with my budget. If you want your working breed dog to have a good veterinary experience, I believe this is the best place because I would suppose they’ve seen it all. Excellent experience and he is doing well!!! ☺️ Also, Thanks to the staff in the back I didn’t see!

Last visit we were in and out for my husky’s shots in less than 10 minutes. Our pups are always well taken care of here. And there are free treats to help motivate a nervous pup. The doctors are even great at responding to our questions over email. We moved out of the neighborhood a few years ago but still keep coming back because of their attention to detail, special care and loving treatment

This is the first vet I took my baby to when arriving to LA. I chose them due to the other reviewers and the cleanliness of their offices. The doctors and some front office staff are very professional with appropriate bedside manner. I’m rating them a 3 because of the differences in the quality of care for clients my skin tone and darker. On several visits depending on who is front desk I either received attentive and quality care or urgent, transactional and disinterested service; sometimes I would call in and be placed on hold almost 10 minutes. I notice however, front desk staff such as Lisa consistently provide quality care to clients regardless of skin color or race, however, the same can not be said about Ava. For a vetinary office with such quality doctors, you would hope the front desk staff provided the same care. Nevertheless, it is important to make other clients aware the disparate treatment darker skinned or minority races may receive as compared to white or latino clients to reduce the likelihood this sort of bias continues. I intend to continue using this clinic and hope this review can incite training and professional development for front office staff in bias, sensitivity, and belonging for all pet parents.

This is an amazing jewel in the ❤️ of DTLA. Everyone was so nice and the Vet was so awesome in handling my Penelope Jones 🐶. She had multiple chronic conditions and her Vet got her back on track. I am one grateful 🐾 parent. Girl power 😍 10 star ⭐ rating.

Highly trusted veterinarian, my Chocolate Labradoodle has been very well taken care of since nine weeks old. They are very knowledgeable, understanding and and helpful. Specially to new dog owners! Their recommendations for nutrition and preventative care. I highly recommend this hospital.

We came here with one of our strays. I have indoor cats and dogs but my son also takes care of every stray that crosses his path . As grandma I oversee their care while he is at work. Well this cat came to us with a hole in his throat. Everyone we called didn’t have time or wanted money up front to just see us. I’m telling you he has a big hole in the middle of his throat I can see his insides and you are not telling me come over we will take care of him. You want money just to make an appointment. This place rushed us in on a packed schedule took care of him and waited to close until he came out of his anesthesia. I picked him up at 10:30 pm!!! They love their job and treat every pet in their care as family!! To say I was amazed is an understatement!!
