2 weeks ago we took our dog to get spayed. The workers told us to keep the cone on her for 2 weeks until she healed. Today we finally took the cone off, when we did, we saw that there was a string around her neck. WE WERE NEVER TOLD ANYTHING ABOUT A STRING!! I now know the string that we found is used to keep the cone fitted. Prior to this we were never informed about the string. There was no communication about it at all. This is the first time I have ever needed a cone for any of my animals. I did not know there would be a string placed around her neck along with the cone. I had to take my baby to the emergency vet due to the string being embedded into her neck which caused  open wounds. I’m not happy with this at all!! There needs to be better communication on informing patients about these small things.

The mission of this company is amazing. We need more business like this. Only complaint I have is that the girls working there seem to be extremely stressed and even afraid. Idk if theyre being overworked or what but these girls look like they need some rest. Ill be praying for them.

Don't come off your in a hurry, seating is plentiful but tight. It moves rather quickly until lunch time but they gotta eat...

This is my first experience with APL, and likely my last. This is sad bc I normally want to support such orgs. After forbearing rude girls who consistently acted like they hate their jobs and you for being there, I was sent away with no paperwork or receipt. After asking for such, I was told I would be emailed receipt and certificates "before the end of the day"..We verified correct email. There is now less than an hour left before it is ‘tomorrow’ and I still I have not received a receipt or certificate. i checked all folders plus spam folder. I now have two rabies tags with no identification to which dog,, and no certificate so pretty much useless. I spent triple digits at APL for vaccines pkgs.2 dogs, heartworm test plus preventative. Money that seems wasted, and likely better spent on dogs elsewhere.in future, where the patron also will not be loathed as an inconvenience. I hope APL improves its practices.

I have used APL mobile vet multiple times for cat spay/neuter and have never had an issue until today at the Henderson location. The workers in the trailer handling the animals were nice, smiling, and overall great. Can’t say the same for the two women that were checking people out. The brown haired girl with the glasses was extremely rude to someone just for asking if she knew how long it would take because she needed to pick her kids up from school and it was taking longer than usual for her animal to be ready. I’ve never seen two people who seemed to absolutely hate their job as much as those two. The ones checking people in and out should be setting an example for how great APL is, but unfortunately they are not and it was not a good look for APL.

I absolutely love this organization! They understand the importance of spaying and neutering your pets and that it is costly! They offer an affordable option! They are wonderful people as well! They took great care of all of my dogs and cats I have taken to them for care! Highly recommend!

This was my first time to use them. A Friend of mine recommended them to me. She has been using them for years. And I just got a dog from one of the grandsons, because he moving to California. I am impressed. All new clients are asked to bring their dogs or cats to their clinic at 10 am. Their website explains the details and their Google Maps profile covers the basics. You might have a few cars and trucks in their parking lot like today when I arrived before 10 am. You bring your cat in a cage. You bring your dog on a leash. They hand out paperwork that you complete for each pet and there is one page that covers their services and supplies for your pet. You complete the form and then they explain what they can provide for your pet and what it costs. You pay the amount printed. Very simple. Then you wait for your pet's name to be called. You take the pet into a smaller room that looks just like any veteran room. My new dog got her shots, nose spray and nails clipped. I walked her out to the waiting room and to the car. We went home.
