We are very pleased with our choice of getting a second opinion for our dog Kai. She has a terrible paw infection and with the uncertainty of it, we needed another opinion, more information, more testing and this place gave us just that. The tech, nurse and vet were all fantastic and very patient with my dog since she was nervous throughout the experience, which ended with smiles and a wagging tail. I highly recommend.
The people here are some of the most inconsiderate, incompetent people I have ever encountered. We booked an appointment for our two cats. We called to tell them we’d be late due to heavy traffic, road closures and a marathon in the area. They said it would be fine. When we got there the useless receptionist said she had to ask the doctor if our cats could still be seen. She came back to tell us that the doctor wouldn’t be able to because he was already prepping for the next appointment. There was absolutely nobody else there. The front desk offered no apologies and said the next available slot would be days out. We left and had to wait outside for 20 minutes to find a new vet to see our cats. While we waited, not one other appointment showed up. It also smells like sewage and dirty floors in there. Just save yourself the time and stay away from this place. The people here do not care, are rude and miserable.
Vet & staffs are always friendly, kind & thorough with taking care of Lucas. In and out even though we live far away is why I am willing to commute from Brooklyn to this location. Thanks for caring for Lucas.
I went to 3 vets with my new cat before I came here. Her behavior was very odd. I didn’t get an answer until she went to Dr Kulick. A few questions and a video and Dr Kulick figured it out : feline hyperaesthesia. I will be forever grateful for her excellence in diagnosis and continued care.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. They overcharge and under deliver. The vet was extremely rude and short at the appointment and when she called to relay blood test results. As a vet, she really needs to have more empathy and care. We spent over $800 for them to say that’s not a big deal and others pay more.
This is undoubtedly the best vet clinic in New York. Every single staff member is friendly, thoughtful and profesional. Every time I bring my dog to the clinic I leave feeling complete satisfaction knowing that she has been given the best treatment possible. Scheduling appointments is so easy and their reminders for vaccines is very helpful. I recommend this place to everyone I meet with a pet. Thankyou to the whole team!
The veteran and the staff at LIC vets Clinic are amazing! They're knowledgeable, gentle, and caring. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and they did a necessary test on my dog to decide treatment. The staff is friendly, and they make time to answer my questions. I appreciate the personalized care and attention they give to my pet. Highly recommend!
