Everyone at Freckles and Friends is amazing! This is by far the best veterinary clinic we have ever visited. Dr. Morris is incredibly compassionate and genuinely cares about every pet he treats. He takes the time to explain all available options and provides thoughtful recommendations tailored to your furry family member's needs. The entire staff is exceptional—kind, professional, and truly dedicated to both pets and their owners. Gabby holds a special place in my heart. She always greets us with a warm smile and friendly welcome the moment we walk up to the desk. What makes her even more special is that she remembers both me and my kitty every time we visit. That personal touch means so much. I highly recommend Freckles and Friends to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care. I found Dr. Morris before I moved from the east coast with my 16 year old cat who had kidney disease. I trusted the reviews and they were beyond accurate- I feel lucky. I've had many vets but never anyone who offers the care, gentleness, and accessibility that Dr Morris and his staff offers. Dr Morris is hands on- calls you personally to discuss lab results, and brings the human back to this line of work. His prices are fair, he never tries to take advantage of panicked patients, and I trust him. He was so tender with me when I had to put my cat down last year. I have since gotten a wild, free spirited, anxious tuxedo baby who doesn't let anyone hold her except for me... she let him carry her to the back for her bloodwork.. and I think that speaks louder than any words I could write. 10/10... He's worth the 20 min drive always!

Excellent customer service from the receptionist. She was able to get me in quick so my cat could be seen. The vet tech was very helpful and was so careful handling my cat. Dr. Morris showed concern for my cat and was so patient throughout the whole visit. He made sure we understood our cat's diagnosis and our options. It was so nice to be able to talk to a vet face to face, and especially one that showed interest in our pet. Absolutely great vet.

Dr Morris is a kind and caring person who cares about the animals - not just the $$. Pricing in line for services offered. They did blood work and processed it in 20min - not 3 days. Hopefully my cat will be feeling better soon. He liked the Dr as well!

Freckles and Friends is definitely the place you want to bring your pets! I called the clinic to inquire about prices for vaccines and examinations (I am a broke college student :c ) and they were very helpful and kind to assist me with that information. I brought my 8 year old cat for a routine exam and vaccinations, he has not been to the vet ever since he was a kitten so I was a bit concerned about bringing him in. I expressed this concern over the phone and the lady recommended a few things to make my cat comfortable prior to the visit AND LET ME JUST SAY, THEY WORKED WONDERS! My appointment was at 1pm and the clinic was on schedule!! They were very forward about prices before doing anything and that was very thoughtful. Technicians were amazing with answering questions and the doctor never pressured me into doing anything. Dr Morris and his staff are all wonderful and caring people. Great veterinary care and follow up. I always feel like I can fully trust what Dr Morris is saying and suggesting when it comes to the care of my cats. The office staff and techs are just as caring as the doctor himself. Would recommend 10 out of 10 every time

Very pleasant visit. The staff was helpful and friendly. Doctor was caring and gentle with my dog. Not much of a wait.
