I am impressed with the sincere, honest care I get here. I had to put my sick dog down and the staff, as well as Dr Kathryn were very compassionate and patient with us. There was no pressure to purchase the most expensive service for Petey once he died. The service is very good and the prices are competitive. I have since adopted another older puppy, who has now visited for his first appointment there. I have found a forever vet home for my four legged family members.

Took both my dogs at same time and they did a great job especially since one was a 7month old. I like the way they really check the dogs for everything.

The doctors at Allen have guided us through the cancer and passing of a beloved dog, Gidget. The care of our dog Ryder, who is 12 years old and dealing with canine Cushing’s disease. And, our puppy Spud, a highly anxious chihuahua puppy with cerebellar hypoplasia who was abandoned to a shelter at four weeks old. The doctors are skilled, resourceful, responsive to questions, friendly and kind. All of the staff are excellent.

Dr. Katherine Coleman at Allen Animal Hospital is a compassionate, thorough and caring person! Diagnosis with clarity, all options presented, and best treatment recommendations with us and our pets welfare first and foremost. We took our cat Jill here a month ago. Sadly as we knew she was very ill and about to pass. Our hearts were broken, but Faith and the rest of the team really knew how to calm us during this very difficult time. From Faith with her so positive attitude, the vet, staff, and front desk really showed such compassion. They even got Jill’s paw print for us to have. We miss Jill so much, but the team at this vet clinic were classy and so kind. We are forever grateful!💞

The Vet Tech named Faith is the so sweet, funny and knowledgeable. She made my unfortunate situation much better and I am very grateful she was there to help. Very sincere and caring, it’s hard to find genuine people like her. Please give her a raise, she deserves it.

It was my lucky day when my coworker turned me onto Allen Animal Hospital. My dog got an appointment quickly and the staff was so caring and knowledgeable starting with my first call. When I took her back in for a tooth extraction I was so pleased with the care she received and the care the staff gave me. It was an entirely warm experience. The price was so very reasonable compared to what I had been quoted by a different vet.
