⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Cavasos and the entire team have been absolutely amazing. As a pet owner, it can be stressful when your furry family members aren’t feeling well, but Dr. Cavasos always takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure I understand exactly what’s going on. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling confident that my pet is receiving the very best care. What I appreciate most is the genuine compassion and kindness shown at every visit. It’s obvious that Dr. Cavasos truly loves animals and cares deeply about their well-being. My pets are treated with patience, gentleness, and respect, which means the world to me. Finding a veterinarian you can completely trust is priceless, and I am so grateful to have found Dr. Cavasos. Thank you for consistently providing exceptional care and for treating my pets like part of your own family. We recently established care here for our rescue dog with an unfortunate history of trauma. He's pretty big and anxious at the vet which has intimidated past providers. All of the staff were warm and inviting. They took the time to get to know me and my dog, asked appropriate questions to learn his total health, and I didn't feel rushed through the appointment. They gave us honest options and ideas to improve his day to day. The space was tidy and clean.

We have 2 rescue pups that have both come with more than their fair share of problems. We have seen every vet here, and they have all been so sweet with the girls and gotten them both on the track to being happy, healthy pups, without making my wallet cry in pain!

Dr. Brummel is one of the kindest most gentle sweet veterinarian and is so knowledgeable! I been taking my 15 year old cat to her for 3 years now & she is always so sweet to my Bailey. You can tell she really loves her job & loves animals. Any time I have questions, she will really take the time to explain in detail. Today she spent 20 min on the phone going over questions I had and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend taking your pets to see her as I know I can fully trust im getting the best care for my fur baby. Staff is also always so friendly as well!

1/8/2025 - Coal Mine Animal Hospital saved my dog's life. We couldn't be happier and we are so blessed to have them care for our pups. 12 17 24 Update. Very kind and caring Vet clinic. Highly recommend. You can tell they really care for your pups and customers. We bring our dogs here for dental cleaning and nail trims. They are super friendly and take good care of our pups. One time my dog ate chocolate from those chocolate turkeys you make at Thanksgiving. I didn't know how many she ate but was bet concerned. I called them late on a Friday afternoon and they had me give her some peroxide water to induce vomiting. I called back twice and they helped reassure me. It did work. Saturday morning thru even called to see how she was doing. I love them, great veterinarian established and so blessed to have them in our community. 08/01/2023 - Very response and friendly service.

Love this vets office. My family used another vet for the past 15 years until the prices skyrocketed, the services went down, and they gave me the option of booking 2 months out, or waiting in there emergency department for 6 to 8 hours, when I told them I thought my dog might have broke her leg. That is when we decided enough was enough and started looking for a new vet. This practice has been amazing. They get me in right away, when there is an emergency, and get me booked within a couple of weeks for regular appointment. They are great with my furry pets and also have a reptile specialist for my bearded dragon. I am very glad we found them.

Best vet office I've ever been to, and I have been to A LOT. I have never felt so comfortable with a vets office before, I don't feel like profit is the goal. I used to dread having to take my pets for checkups or emergencies because I always felt like the vets/techs didn't have our best interests at heart or were not very kind dealing with me/my family. But at Coal Mine Animal Hospital, the vets are amazing, they explain their treatment plans thoroughly and don't try to tack on extra things to bring your bill up. But the vet techs? They are what makes this place particularly awesome to me. It feels like they actually care about my pet and their customer service skills are 10/10. I literally wouldn't even leave my dog unattended with my family or friends, but I would leave him with these techs lol. I'm sorry I can't think of any names, we've been coming for 2 years and we've met quite a few.
