Thankful for their ability to get my kitten in as quickly as they did. I have a bengal And they are known for developing a little faster than the typical domesticated felines. My growing boy, started spraying at a younger age than average, so a neuter had to come sooner, rather than later. In addition, their prices are fair, the staff is friendly and laid out what I should expect for billing. Definitely, I’m happy and would recommend their services to others.

It was a very warm welcome switching to Cotner pet care for my elder dog that was showing some major aging and ailments and 2 others that will be seen soon. All the staff is very compassionate about the care that is given and what is to be expected. I switched from out of town vet to Cotner Pet Care because of the distance I was driving wasn't really worth it anymore. Thank you for making this transition for the two of us so far pretty nice and easy. Also 5/2025 The vet tech (missed her name) was amazing with distracting Tiny while Dr Garner was getting biopsies from a little abnormality under his armpit. She loved and doted on him like he was her own. It ALWAYS SMELLS NICE in the clinic, not like many others urine smell. Thank you for being so welcoming all the way around.

We found the staff at Cotner Pet Care to be empathetic and compassionate. They went above and beyond for our bulldog Mack. Dr. Kara Breinin and receptionist Kara were working with Mack the last year of his life. Dr. B spent a generous amount of time creating his treatment plan and making adjustments as needed throughout Mack’s health struggles. When it became apparent that we needed to say goodbye, Dr. B and Kara gave us ample amount of time to grieve in the room and spend our last moments with Mack. They really comforted us during this difficult time, and it was very apparent that they genuinely care for their clients.

I just love Dr. Jody. She truly cares about your pet and does everything possible to give them the care they deserve and what you want. I have a senior dog that is going through some health issues right now, and I couldn't be happier with the treatment she is getting. While I know her time is limited, I want her to have the best quality of life she can in the time she has. All of the staff are just as compassionate and caring, which helps when you're going through a tough time with your pet.

They took very good care of my Bailey. His ear infection and his toe injuries have healed right up. The doctors method of distraction via peanut butter is fantastic and quite clever. I don't think Bailey had any idea that he was being treated medically... he was just getting treated with peanut butter! Another trip to the vet that didn't cause him to develop a fear of the vets Office! I call that a win!

We came here when our rabbit was having GI trouble. The doctor was very attentive and did an excellent job listening to our concerns with excellent bedside manner. She helped keep us relaxed during a stressful time and patiently walked us through the diagnosis and the treatment plan. Given how delicate rabbits can be I am grateful we found a vet who is so good with our little guy.

Care and concern shown at every turn-even when staff was very busy. I was able to get in the day before a holiday, when there were many animals in the same dire need. Appreciated that we could get her treatment started earlier rather than later.
