so so frustrated with this office today. we have been clients here for several years and truly value the care our 2 large breed dogs and 3 cats (+1 stray we just had to help) have received. Dr. Kelley is the perfect balance of kindness and caring while still telling me like it is when needed. which I honestly appreciate. and most of the office staff is great as well. the vet techs too! b u t, when I called today to see if a prescription we called in a while ago was ready for pickup and because I'm afraid our almost 14 year old husky may have a growth on his paw that is causing him considerable pain, I was shocked to reach an 'AI assistant' and could not reach an actual real person. I don't even know what to do now 😭 I guess I will have to drive there to talk to someone.

Local at this vet for almost a decade for my cats. The vets are always so kind and the service is the best. Thank you so much for all your service over the years. Keep up the good work. Our neighborhood needs you! 🐈 🐈‍⬛ 🦝

I absolutely love this vet! I have never even lived in Lincoln Park but by chance tried this place due to their availability at the time maybe 8 years ago. Since then, I exclusively come here and always will take my future animals here, too! The staff is always so friendly and nice - In person and when I call on the phone to schedule an appointment or ask questions they are very accommodating. They even allow same day appointments when time allows for urgent issues. I also really like the more recent utilization of the PetDesk app. I have zero complaints! I’ve had dogs who had serious conditions and illnesses which they have handled with compassion and empathy. I’ve also had dogs who are typically wary of strangers and new places but the staff handles them with such care! It’s really touching seeing how my dogs blossom with excitement after interacting with the staff. Thank you! Keep doing such a great job!

They actually take the time to get to know your pet before treatments. The staff is caring and kind. The place itself is always clean and the prices are fair

Tried to make an online appointment as a new customer for my cat who I just wanted a follow up for from a previous bad experience I had at another vet. This place committed fraud and charged my account a 25$ copay without giving me an appointment. I called the office and they told me that they had no way to refund me. The number they claimed took care of their billing was not valid! There was no account of my appointment nor my emails I had sent to them. I will be reporting this. This is not how you treat people. Funny how you could make an appointment with my sister but not with me to help her cat. Cannot believe she recommended you! Update: received a call back. 1/8/26 spoke to the head receptionist. I was credited the 25$ back. Thank you and much appreciated. Still though, I am disappointed in the treatment I received over the phone with the previous receptionist. Please retrain everyone so that they know and understand the policies as the First Lady never directed me to someone that could help or look up my appointment. I wish you the best.

The vets and techs are so knowledgeable and compassionate toward my dog and me. They are very thorough and really take their time to give the proper care as well as educate me how to handle my poor baby’s diabetes. Also love that their staff responsibly schedules and maintains appointment times,

I ALWAYS recommend you guys. You all are an amazing team. Even when I requested to NOT see a particular Dr that I don't quite agree with, it was no problem at all. I love the new layout of the wait room, the animals have more comfortable spots to sit. Thank you for all you do!
