Everyone at My Pets Vet is so accommodating and care about my cat’s health. I take her there because I know she will get taken care of with love. Any health issue’s arise I feel very comfortable to take her there. They treat her with kindness and care about her health and any issues that may come up. I’m completely satisfied and put my trust in My Pet’s Vet. I highly recommend to take your best friend here .

We've been going to My Pets Vet for over 13 years. Everyone from the Dr's to their Vet Techs, to the office staff- They're All absolutely amazing! I cant rave about them enough. Always informative, positve, & caring. We love My Pets Vet, and so do our fur babies! We highly recommend them for all your pet's needs.

Always have had a good experience with this location. The staff is friendly and caring, location is always clean. On the most recent visit, my family and I came in with our 17 year old senior kitten who had just crossed the rainbow bridge. We were brought immediately to a quiet room and the staff was understanding and didn’t rush us. My kids all said goodbye and when I handed her to the tech she held onto my baby as careful as I had been. Which meant a lot and made it easier to let the tech take her from me. Pricing was reasonable and I now have my baby home after only a week. Thank you to the staff for their caring and for treating my Abby girl with respect and kindness. I know it’s odd to leave a review for something like this but if you need this type of service it’s good to know who will treat your baby how you would want them to be treated. I’ll admit in those moments at the end I had no idea what to do and my husband made the call and the staff had all of 20mins heads up we were on the way. They gave us each prints of her paws and tried their best to get one of her nose. I appreciated everything they did for us.

Always a good experience when bringing my dog to My Pets Vet. She has severe anxiety when getting her nails trimmed and I had a hard time finding anywhere that would deal with her. The office staff is always helpful and pleasant. I have been using them for 8+ years now.

This vet clinic was a great experience during a stressful time. I searched for days on a holiday weekend for a vet to see my cat who was attacked by my neighbors dog and was having a difficult time. After a hard time even finding open vets or one who would see her for anything less than $1,000 was impossible. I read the previous reviews on My Pets Vet, very close to my home and called them right up. Jo answered the phone as previous reviews suggested she would and she was incredibly kind and helpful. Agreed to work us in right away which immediately eased our stress as pet parents. The visit was great and quick, the office was clean and well decorated. All of the staff was great to be honest. We have a new vet and I’m super grateful. So is my cat who is already on the mend 🥰 Thank you My Pets Vet. Oh, their prices were more than reasonable, which we found surprising and is an another big part of why we appreciated this vet clinic so much. They will take care of you and your fur babies without a doubt. Great Service. 💯

I had to come here to see if anyone had the same experience I had at this place. The different treatment you get seems to depend on your race. I have been to this clinic for the same procedure twice with my dog, about three months apart. On the first visit, I was accompanied by my husband, who is white. The experience was what you would expect from a professional clinic. We had an appointment, they took the dog in immediately, and the experience was pleasant. There was no requirement for upfront payment; they just told us they would call us once the procedure was done. On the second visit, without my husband, despite having an appointment for the same procedure, after initial intake, I waited in a room for about 30 minutes and had to knock on the door to get someone’s attention. The tone and overall interaction felt noticeably different. I was also told the price had increased, which I questioned, given how recent my prior visit was for the same procedure. I was first told to leave a deposit at the front desk, then at the front desk, I was required to pay in full. I asked why and was told, "In case you didn’t come back." When I was with my husband on the first visit, there was no such requirement. After the procedure, I was called to pick up my dog, but I still waited another 20 minutes in the lobby. During that time, I observed a white couple being treated with noticeably more ease. They were allowed to leave with their dog and return to pay afterward. I do not make accusations lightly, but based on these experiences, I believe I was treated differently because of my race. I hope the clinic takes this seriously and ensures that all clients are treated with the same respect, consistency, and fairness.
