Excellent care for my pup. Sam at the desk is knowledgeable and kind. Dr Bruner-Metzger is professional, smart, kind and answers questions well. I love this place and so do my furballs!!

I just wanted to say Thank You to Gentle Care Animal Hospital, especially Jessie. Thank you for taking such great care of Stormy. On the day of her spay, I was so nervous for my cat and her well-being but Jessie was very informative, patient an7/helped calm me down. I’m so happy there’s someone like her on your staff. I couldn’t be more happy and feel grateful knowing a place nearby cares for animals as they do. 1/9/2024 Recently adopted a rescue dog and again I chose Gentle Care and they were amazing! He isn’t yet socialized with dogs and they were very caring to ensure his safety and the safety of other animals which may have been in the lobby at that time. He’s a big boy and I love how they handled him, again very informative staff. Lots of love from the staff. It’s a big relief to know that the people at Gentle Care really do care about your animals and they don’t treat them as just another dog or cat.

The whole staff is extremely competent and have gone out of their way to provide exceptional treatment to my pets for over 10 yrs. I had a bull mastiff that was given a better quality of life due to services that aren’t normally available at other vets (acupuncture and EMS). Their customer service is off the charts! They made me feel like family.

We've been going to Gentle Care for 20 years. Three dogs. One parrot. One cockateil. Seven cats. Today you helped us say goodbye to a beloved Kitty. We thank you for your compassion. You truly do offer gentle care.

Brought in my rabbit Goose for a complementary check up provided by Lawrence Humane Society. Goose seemed to be comfortable upon arrival and after a few minutes of debriefing after, he was back to his funny rabbit self. Gentle Care did a wonderful job treating my rabbit kindly, and showered him with compliments at the "debriefing" phone call afterwards. Will be taking my bunny here in the future! Services are reasonably priced, and the vets and staff here are responsive and kind!
