The doctors and staff have always been very reliable and caring for the pets. My boyfriend and I were very worried about a growing tumor on our cats paw. We have been so lucky to get to bring our nervous girl to such understanding people. She needed surgery and they helped us very quickly and eased our minds. She’s been healthy and no sign of the growth since. We appreciate the doctors and staff and recommend them to our family and friends.

All I can say is AMAZING. They came highly recommended from my baby boys vet in North Carolina, and they did not fail me. They have been nothing but loving and caring for my baby, they go as far as doing follow up calls for him each time they’ve tried different medications for him, he was diagnosed with bladder and prostate cancer upon moving here and did not do well with any of the medications but it was caught early because of their attentiveness. My boy is still thriving as I treat each day as the last. Thank you Town Center for treating my boy with the utmost respect and kindness ❤️

Dr. Pulliam is truly skilled and the standard of care here is excellent. My 5.5 lb puppy's "LOVE spay" and baby tooth removal was flawless and the incision on her belly was sewn up so neatly and perfectly that my pup barely even has a scar. They even did tiny stitches for the tooth removals. I was very impressed by how carefully the surgery was done. I didn't know that was possible with dogs. Compared to my surgeries I have had done at VCA on previous dogs which had complications or ugly scars, I can tell they took the time to do everything right. I have been to many vets over the years and this is by far the best. All my concerns were taken seriously regarding medications and the specific procedures. They also follow up to check on your dog after visiting, and they are very easy to reach via text message. I had some questions and was able to send a photo and have the doctor look at it and respond without needing another appointment. They take the dog into the back for everything and I prefer this. I understand some people don't like that but I would prefer my dog doesn't associate me with performing medical procedures on her. And I don't enjoy sitting in a room alone for a long time with the dog like at other offices, I have found that can add to my dog's stress. They are so caring and sweet with her even though she's a nervous dog.

Town Center Animal Hospital has been like family to me. We had 2 dogs (Remy and Pepper)-- both recently that passed away in the last 7 months. Our Italian greyhound suffered from so many issues, but Dr. Pepper and the team gave her the best possible chance at life. Tina, Evie, Dr. Pepper and the entire staff: I will never forget your kindness, patience, communication, and understanding the last year as we went through the health issues with Pepper. To see you cry when saying goodbye to her made me feel so touched that you're empathetic to our furry children and I will never forget that. You will forever be in my heart.

The staff is very patient and very caring. Anytime I bring my dogs in for anything the staff make sure that I am well informed. They even do a follow up text after the appointment to check on your pet. I love this place and love that they remember my pets.

Last time I waited 2 hours in the doggie waiting room while they performed a basic exam + meds was $500. It infuriated me. Dog came home and regained appetite then it dropped off to nothing. Now they want another 500 for an ultrasound. It seems like this place sucks money out of you without ever having any concrete explanation for my dogs unusual loss of appetite. Her liver is not the best but they should have started with an ultrasound and then an exam if needed. I've dropped 500 every time I walk in the door. It's hard to trust any vet bc they're all expensive but the charges keep adding up with no results
