I love the friendliness of the staff. When we came in there was a welcome message for my dog in the board in the exam room. Obviously she can’t read, but I appreciate the gesture. Every time I’ve brought her Dr. Master and the staff take great care of my girl. She’s a sharpei mix and has inherited some of the less desirable genetics. Dr Master is familiar with the breed so that has been one of the biggest reasons that I don’t see us going anywhere else! Also, they have never tried to pressure me into any of their recommendations for care. They let me know what’s most important and what they feel could wait. The salesman tactics or threats (yes, I’ve had a vet threaten to take my dog for neglect if I didn’t have all of their recommended tests done) have always been such a turn off and makes me question if everything is necessary.

Great experience with my reactive dog! Dr. Cortez and all the staff were very accommodating and patient with my girl despite her craziness, and helped plan for her future visits. Reasonable pricing compared to vets I’ve taken her to in the past.

Took my cat Astrid for some urinary concerns and all the staff are so so kind and caring.They located the issue immediately and helped to get her on track to feeling better right away. Deona at the front desk was so sweet and Dr. Norman was so incredibly helpful and treated my girl so well 🙂

One of the best vets I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. They were prompt affordable and a great help for my 15 year old dog. Edit 5-2-26 I’ve dropped my review to 1 star for the following. I didn’t mind paying more for my dogs medication because of proximity and the high quality care the vet gave the first visit. But I just went for her follow up and now I was charged an additional 29.00 consult fee for a tech to give my dog her pain meds. When I asked the woman at the front desk what the fee was for she told me it was for the time the tech was booked with my dog. I arrived at 1:50 and left at 2:00. It would been more affordable to just pay for an entire vet visit. At Tropicana Animal Hospital it was $90.00. There was no fee for a vet or tech to inject my dog. I didn’t mind paying $120 for the medication at Rainbow but an additional $29 for 5 minutes of the technicians time is asinine and just seems money hungry. The vet care was very thorough and the staff was friendly. I cannot fault the medical care my dog received she was always in good hands but the cost is too high considering the similar quality options in the general area. It’s the hidden fees and cost increases that make people not trust veterinarians. So now I’m back to searching for a different vet who isn’t packing fees into an already expensive pain management regiment.

Dr. was great. Used their services for a regular check up. The Dr. made my cat feel comfortable during the visit (even giving a nice treat during the shots). When explaining the prices for procedures, I did not feel pressure to get anything that I could not afford. They also broke down the different procedures as well and suggested which ones were more important. We used their services previously for one of our other fur babies, that experience we also felt tended to. Thank you. We will be using this location from now on.

Amazing place! Our sweet pug Princess was supposed to turn 19yrs on 4/12. She passed peacefully late at night The whole staff was extremely accommodating and took great care for our fur baby and how we were processing it all. Will definitely come back!

Kitten before treatment had pink eye so bad it wasn’t sure if the eye was damaged, went once and got eye meds.. they helped til they didn’t but after second visit got more extensive meds for a bacterial infection. After 4 days he is back to being a kitten, eye issue is clearing up and couldn’t be happier. Both vets I saw were empathetic and helpful. Second one explained it’s not ideal to give strong antibiotics to 8 week old kittens which is where the first one stated if the eye drops don’t help to come back. Worth the visit and the knowledge. Will be transferring care for my other cats to this one. Great staff, great vets, zero complaints. Don’t understand the negative reviews personally
