Hearts Alive Village Animal Clinic

I brought in my doodle Lucy for a dental cleaning. The entire staff was so kind and welcoming. They were organized and efficient. It was so clean in the waiting room and the exam rooms. No animal odor at all which has to be challenging in a vet office. The doctor and his assistant were very kind and informative, Lucy and I both felt very comfortable and even happy in their company. They offer lower cost vet care and this supports their rescue and outreach programs. It's a huge win for pet parents and the community.

My experience at Hearts Alive Village Clinic was truly exceptional. I needed an urgent vet visit, and as a brand-new client they immediately heard the concern in my voice about my fur baby, Moon, and made room for us that same day. Moon was seen by Dr. Susie Costa and her assistant, Amber. Amber was so sweet and gentle with him while checking his weight and examining his wound. Dr. Costa was outstanding! Super knowledgeable, caring, and reassuring. After visiting four different vets and not receiving the proper care for Moon, the stress had been overwhelming. But Dr. Costa gave me real peace of mind during our visit on Friday, 11/21/25. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Their care is genuine, and their prices are affordable compared to many other vets.

We cannot thank Dr. Costa and her entire team enough for saving our dog, Sharky. From the very beginning, they treated us with compassion, honesty, and genuine care during one of the most stressful moments of our lives. Sharky was given a difficult prognosis, and the team supported us every step of the way, answering our questions and showing so much patience and kindness. Thanks to Dr. Costa’s skill and dedication, Sharky made it through surgery and is now coming home to continue his recovery. We are forever grateful for the care, professionalism, and heart this hospital showed not only to our dog but to us as well. We truly felt supported and cared for throughout the entire experience. Thank you for giving our boy a second chance.

This place is amazing. They offer affordable healthcare and end of life services. I was able to get my baby the surgery she needed to save her life. I got an extra year with my best friend thanks to them. When the time came to say goodbye they were able to fit me in last minute. They were kind, compassionate, and understanding. I was also able to have her cremated and brought back home with me forever. They even made me a little paw and nose print at hearts alive on her last day. I cannot recommend them enough they also have a cat cafe.

My little girl would be gone if not for this place after years of banfield insurance due to price I had to drop it but still tried to keep her at banfield after time and lots of $ out of pocket a 5 minute consultation with Dr Vincent he told me the issue...bladder stones....set a surgery date and she acts like a puppy again (she's 10 this july) I will never go any other place but here ever!! Thank you to all of you that put up with this worried mom....

I can’t say enough good things about Hearts Alive Village Animal Clinic! I’m currently fostering 3 cats through their rescue, and every single visit has been such a positive experience. The staff is always so kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the health and happiness of the animals—they never make me feel rushed and always take time to answer my questions. You can tell they really care about the pets and the people who love them. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming, and the team goes above and beyond to make sure both the animals and humans feel comfortable. I always leave feeling supported and confident that my fosters are getting the best care possible. I’m so grateful to have Hearts Alive Village in our community—they’re making such a difference for rescue animals, and for people like me who just want to give these sweet babies a chance at a better life 💕🐾

This place has treated my two senior dogs with the best care possible. Dr. Micaela Kent is the best and explained everything thoroughly each of my appointments for my babies. I feel like she truly cares for my animals. A similar visit I had at another local hospital costed me twice as much than it had costed here! One of my dogs had to get surgery, and Dr. Raymond Vincent did a wonderful job! He explained everything thoroughly both before and after the surgery. I knew she was in good hands. He also removed an additional small mass at no extra cost. Again I was quoted over 3k for surgery at another animal hospital and here it was a bit over half of that. Very affordable prices. Very nice staff. Everyone I deal with here is friendly and always willing to answer my questions or help me out. I would recommend anybody to bring their pets here. Appointments may take awhile but I promise it is worth the wait. Thank you Hearts Alive Village for such quality, affordable care! ❤️
