When my regular vet wasn't able to get my cat in for a possible blockage, I called Jolly Road Vet and was immediately scheduled. They worked around their already full schedule to allow me to drop off my cat. I really appreciate the great communication through out the day to keep me updated and the prices were reasonable. Very clean inside too!
I went to Jolly roads for MANY years for my dogs Recker and Rocky. Dr. McNally was great and her main assistant Jackie was absolutely fantastic. I was there often as my dogs had chronic issues and would speak with her assistant often. (Assistant might bethe right term). In 2024, both my dogs passed, within 10 days of each other. I had someone come to my house to "put them to sleep" at home. I emailed to let the office know, as we were there often and communicated often via email - up until their passing. She did say "sorry for your loss and will be missed etc". However, it has really bothered me that after many years, and MANY thousands spend, that the office didnt even consider something as simple as a card. It just left a bad feeling that made me feel like they didnt truly care. (Even the groomers sent a card). Its probably not a big deal to some, but it definitely bothered me. I just finally got a new pup, and even tho I had no other issues, I am looking for a new Vet. It made me feel more about money/business. I've thought often about sending an email , and never did.. But I think its something you should consider for ur costumers, especially your long term ones. I still gave you 4 stars tho ♡.
They were able to squeeze my bearded dragon in between appointments and make sure he was okay.
We have been taking our cats and dogs to this practice since it opened. First of all, we were so excited to have a Vet practice so close to where we live. The staff here is wonderful. Jackie is simply marvelous! She handles the animals with great care, and you just know she loves animals herself. Shes great to talk to, and gets our appointments super fast. Sometimes, the same day! I love coming here, I highly recomend bringing your animals here. They genuinely care.
I used this vet for several years for my senior dog because the location was convenient. Major has since moved to Battle Creek with my teenaged children who he grew up with and loves dearly. Major has bad allergies and has been taking apoquel since he was 2 years old. I called jolly road vet to fill majors prescription for one last time and they told me they would not fill it because he needs to come in for his yearly exam. This dog is 10 years old, out of meds and lives 45 mins from their location. They wouldn’t even allow him 3 pills to get through the weekend. They always had a greedy vibe but to put a couple dollars over a long time loyal patient is unacceptable.
Our golden doodle puppies Lani and Koa love Jolly Road Veterinary Hospital. Dr. McNally and all the staff are great, they take good care of our dogs needs. Our female just had spay surgery last week. Over the weekend I had some questions about side effects from some medicine she was on. I was able to email Dr.McNally and she got back to me on what to do for our girl. We first came to Dr. McNally when she was at another clinic and our golden retriever had to have emergency spay surgery about 8 yrs ago. She was great and took wonderful care of our Golden retriever. We followed her to Jolly Road Vet hospital when she opened it and we are very glad she did.
They were amazing. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They got us in same day when our cat was sick, took amazing care of him and were super informative. We will be returning and making them our vet of choice. Highly recommend.
