I’ve been coming here for years and never had complaints. Yesterday was a rough visit for my older cat, and I was trying to keep it together when I was paying. As I was standing there paying, someone came out of an exam room with a dead cat in a see through plastic bag. I understand animals pass, especially when rescued, but maybe we don’t have to tie a dead animal into a see through plastic bag and walk it through the waiting room when other patients are there. The lack of respect and care for the deceased kitty was heartbreaking and quite disappointing, and the whole situation makes me feel apprehensive about returning.

This place is exceptional! they truly care about your pets! And they are very reasonably priced. I will be back with my pets as a permanent customer. Lizzie says hello 🐕

What can I say except I’m SO excited Dr. shau is back. The best in vet care in the area is my experience. GREAT PRICES and they care about your pets. The girls treated us like family. So nice there. And my Dunkin doodle was treated very well. I highly recommend RRPCC to anyone looking for a wonderful Vet. What a great group of people. ❤️✅👏🏽🐶🐱🦜🐠❣️❣️❣️

I found him online and his reviews were impeccable. I made an appointment for him to give my cat an exam. He was forthright and honest. I can't thank him enough for the help he gave me and my cat Oreo.

Doctor Shah and his staff are angels. Our cat was attacked and needed emergency surgery. After taking him to an emergency vet hospital and paying thousands of dollars for a surgery to patch him up, our cat developed a massive infection 5 days later.The local emergency hospital wanted another $3,500-$4,500 to redo the whole surgery and made it seem like we would have to put him down or give him up. We decided to get a second opinion and take our cat to our regular veterinarian DR.Shah, he did not make any promises BUT he said that he would try to save him. He performed a second surgery to redo all the work front the first one and put him on a stronger antibiotics. All at a fraction of the original outrageous cost of the other local emergency vet hospital. Our cat is out of the woods and on his way to recovery after the attentive weekly care given by DR. Shah and his amazing, caring staff. They have been so kind and have showed us so much compassion. Our toothless would not be here if not for GOD, DR. Shah and his amazing staff. May GOD bless them

My new puppy was sick. I had no vet yet. Somebody recommended this place. They took me the same day. I was seen within 5 minutes. Very reasonable prices. I believe that this is the vet for people who don't have a lot of money. He took great care of my puppy. It took him 2 minutes to diagnose the issue. Gave me meds on the spot. She is all better now. This is my new vet. And I have had dogs before and went to other vets and by far I prefer it here. It is quite busy but everyone seemed to be engaged with staff members.
