Pine Creek Animal Hospital in Lancaster

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’ve ever had to take your pet to an animal hospital, you already know how stressful it can be—for both you and your animal. That was definitely the case for me, but Pine Creek Animal Hospital completely changed that experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made a huge difference. They kept my stress levels down and handled my cat, Tom, in a way that kept him as calm as possible, which is not an easy task. You can tell right away that everyone there genuinely cares. The team is incredibly friendly, and the doctors and nurses are extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you feel comfortable with what’s going on. It never feels rushed or impersonal—they truly make you feel like you and your pet are part of their family. One thing I truly appreciate is their availability. They’re willing to take on new clients within just a few days, and if you need to get in right away, they still do their best to accommodate you. That kind of flexibility is hard to find and means a lot in stressful situations. A special thank you to Dr. Z and Olivia for the incredible work and compassion they showed. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made a tough situation so much easier to handle. I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a place that treats your pet like their own, this is it.

Everyone was very helpful, patient and kind with our boy Ghost and our family . Just saw another review and would like to second it. I started taking my pets to Manor Animal hospital 32 years ago and we were sad and a little worried about taking our fur babies to another vet after Dr. Sue retired. We have been very impressed with the care provided at Pine Creek and the ease of the transition to this practice. I have been recommending them to my family and friends who are pet owners.

As someone who works in customer service, I must say I was blown away by the excellence of the staff of Pine Creek Animal Hospital. Sara, the receptionist, greeted us with a warm smile and was a great help in answering my scheduling questions over the phone. The technician Jessica was incredibly kind and patient with Harriet (my rabbit) - even when the stinker nipped her! I really appreciated Dr. Z's attentiveness to Harriet and his thoroughness in answering my questions. I was impressed that Jessica was able to help take care of the total for my visit while in the privacy of the exam room, which eliminated any potential awkward financial discussion in front of other patrons. All in all, I am exceptionally pleased with the care that both I and my fuzzy companion received at PCAH, and we look forward to seeing everyone at her next wellness exam! (:

I can't say enough for things about the care of the vets, techs, and front desk staff at Pine Creek. We've been able to match specific vets to the personalities of two different dogs to get them the care that they needed. Dr. Morris and Dr. Brophy are both amazing! We're so excited to now be able to get acupuncture treatments from Dr. Brophy for our senior dog. He takes his time with her, really listens, and she is responding well. It's great to have a place we trust. Thank you, Pine Creek!

My first visit to Pine Creek, and I am very impressed! Close to my home, super friendly staff, all of my dogs needs were addressed in a very professional, but relaxed atmosphere. I have known Dr. Brophy for many years through PETS, and now I can see him in a wonderful, fun vet clinic. And, their prices are fabulous!! What more can a pet parent ask for???

i just have to say this is by far one of the most sweetest vet places I have ever been. I have a brand new puppy and an older dog so I had lots of questions with the puppy and they were so nice and understanding to answer each one I had. they take their time with each of my dogs and are always so gentle caring for one another. they never make you feel rushed when calling in and trying to make an appointment that fits best for your schedule. very clean place and rooms are well taken care of. front desk is always nice and welcoming when entering the building.

I love taking my puppy to Pine Creek. Everyone is friendly and caring. Most important, their vets are thorough in their examinations.
