Neffsville Veterinary Clinic

My dear Maggie May was ill over New Years and was admitted to hospital. I received numerous calls to make me aware of her progress. Sadly she crashed and passed on the 5th of Jan. We didn't make it in time but was assured she was surrounded by many caregivers and love. She didn't die alone and that helped to ease the pain. I would highly recommend this practice because of their expertise, loving ways, exceptional care and attention given from puppy through adulthood. We got Maggie a sister last year and now is 1 year old. Rosie will be treated by any of the Doctors in the practice. They are all excellent and gracious. The sympathy cards and gifts and hugs I received after Maggie's passing was so helpful in my grieving process. Thank you is not enough for this worthy practice. Highly recommended to all!

I highly recommend Neffsville Veterinary clinic to anyone I know in the Lancaster County area. Anyone who knows me, knows I don’t trust just anyone when it comes to my furbabies. Dr Blythe has seen several of them through some tough illnesses and so has Dr Hockenberry. All the vets I’ve met there, or have treated my furkids have been exceptional.

I love the professionalism of the employees and the friendliness of them as well! The building itself is clean and well kept and spacious! His doctor was alert and aware of what would benefit him and didn’t invade my boundaries when it came to handling my boy! I appreciate the overall energy of the staff and facility and can’t stop bragging about Neffsville! This is our forever home!

We are very pleased with the staff at this clinic. They treat us and our cats very well (we are foreigners and don't speak the language). Everyone listens patiently to us through a translator. We didn't have another clinic here for comparison, but recently, when there was a fire, we had to go to another clinic. And I can definitely say that we didn't like it. We will definitely come back here. I hope the renovations are finished soon. You are the best!!!

Staff are always polite and respectful. I never feel pressured or ‘guilt tripped’ to do something I can’t afford. The doctors and tech staff take as much time as needed to answer all my questions. When I needed to put my last dog, Tequila, down, they were very caring and supportive. They always make a fuss over Poppy, my new baby and understand how much she means to me.

The level of care, love, empathy, and compassion, that is shown by every individual, makes this the most amazing, trustworthy veterinary practice! ❤️🐾 There are honestly no words for how grateful I am. It's a huge relief knowing my fur babies are in the best hands and will always be fully taken care of. 🫶🐾

This Veterinary Clinic is excellent. We always have Dr Hockenberry for checkups, vaccinations, etc with our Springer Spaniel (Elvis). Dr. H. is a very knowledgeable and caring professional.
