Metro Pet Vet - Manheim Pike

Dr Nelms has been seeing and treating my kitties for years. She is very compassionate and thorough. She is especially kind to my urinary kitty, Burrito, even though he can be a bit spicy at times. She always is reassuring and helpful during his urinary flares and that truly means more to me than I can express. Even though he does not say it in clinic, Burrito truly does thank you!!!! 🙂

These guys are the best. We have been going here since 2018 and anyone we come across has been so kind and helpful. Everyone listens and offers explanations for any questions you have and is always accommodating! The attention to detail is like no other vet clinic we have been to. We love an hour away and still choose to come here and that just goes to show you how great they all are!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone at Manheim Pike Veterinary Hospital. I brought my cats here for years, and even after moving out of state, I still find myself comparing every new vet to the care we received here. My cats aren’t the easiest patients, but every person I’ve worked with at MPVH has been unfailingly compassionate, patient, and helpful. They consistently went out of their way to ensure my cats had the best possible experience while receiving truly exceptional care. Though we’ve seen most of the vets over the years, Dr. Sanjay and Dr. Savage have been an absolute godsend. They go above and beyond at every visit, and thanks to them, my cats are healthier than they have ever been, and their fear of the vet has actually decreased since we started coming here. Manheim Pike Veterinary Hospital is a rare and special place, and I’m so grateful for everything they have done for my pets and for me. If I could have packed them up and brought them with me when I moved, I would have. Anyone who brings their animals here is in the very best hands.

I called in on a Saturday prior to closing asking for some meds that I was offered in a previous visit with my dog , Bailey. I was very pleased that they were able to get me the meds prior to closing for the weekend. Thanks for the great service every time we come in.

This practice is exceptional! It's been easy to schedule appointments as needed, the staff are helpful and informative, and they have provided excellent care. I'm grateful to have found them and they are worth the drive from Harrisburg for me to get there!

They didn't seem to give a hoot about us. We brought our cats in for a routine checkup and to meet a new vet. They seemed surprised that we even wanted to talk to them. It sounds like from all these rave reviews about the staff that this practice already has all the clientele they need and don't feel the need to build rapport with any new ones. If you're new here, don't bother.

Very disappointed in the services that I’ve received, or not received for that matter. My cat had been peeing blood, got treated had to go back for the same issue. There was no follow up either visit. Still, no one has checked in, and my cat is having issues on and off. I reached out with no response so I’ll be taking him elsewhere. Very disappointed in the customer service and response time in What I would consider something that should be urgent as a person who has been in vet med for over 14 years, I would expect better care. Timely communication with clients and following up with clients after a visit should be a standard of care. I was not reached out to to have my cat checked up on, and once it was brought to attention, it took a full 2 days and my name being misspelled in an email response. Thank you for taking the time to reply to me, I will be keeping my review the same. I think client care and services could be better, and I stand by that statement.
