Honestly, I wish I was able to give 6 stars instead of 5. My dog Buster had an abscess on his left cheek area that was driving me absolutely crazy because of how uncomfortable he was. While I did have an an appointment at his normal vet for Monday because that was the earliest that they could see him, it got to a point where I decided to call Furdunkin hoping that they could make him feel better before then. From the second I walked in to the when I left, the entire staff was absolutely AMAZING! I can’t thank them enough for making us feel so welcomed! The entire atmosphere was relaxing and didn’t feel like your typical doctor’s office. From having couches in the patients rooms, offering drinks and simply just making sure we were comfortable. Even though Buster still has an appointment at his normal vet, Furdunkin gave me peace of mind knowing that he’ll be ok in the meantime. Thank you for taking such good care of my boy!

I cannot thank the team at Furdunkin enough for the incredible care they gave my dog, Hank. In the middle of a terrifying emergency, they acted with breathtaking speed—Hank was in the hands of a fantastic surgeon and into surgery within just a few hours of our arrival. What truly stands out, beyond their clear technical expertise, is their genuine kindness. In a high-stress situation, I never felt like "just a client" or a number on a chart. They treated Hank with real affection and me with true empathy. If you want a team that is as efficient as they are compassionate, this is the place. We have loved our experience at Furdunkin! Staff is kind all the way around! Always feel listened to by the vet techs and vets!! Comfort of the individual waiting rooms helps to make my girl feel comfortable in sometimes stressful situations when she may feel under the weather.

When my cat became ill and our regular vet could not fit us in, they recommended Furdinkin. I called and they gave me an appointment for a few hours later. Upon arrival, the staff was extremely kind and friendly. They doted over my cat and the nurse discussed and ordered appropriate tests. They treated my cat with great care. We saw Dr. Dailey after everything was complete and she took her time going over everything and made proper and considerate recommendations. The entire staff was really helpful and offered free water and snacks while we waited. The facility was very clean and open.

Absolutely amazing service, staff, facility! After being turned away from our vet three times in a week, I decided to take my tiny pomeranian to Furdunkin for evaluation. From the call to Furdunkin to checkout I received nothing but stellar service. Everyone was so caring and understanding. The facility is phenomenal. We were greeted and taken into our own room immediately upon arrival. Unlike other pet ERs in the area, we were seen, treated, and on our way in less than 40 minutes. Again, every single staff member we had contact with went above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else for care for my pets. Best experience ever for a not so wonderful time for my baby girl. 10 out of 10 soooo highly recommended Furdunkin. They actually care and it shows ❤️❤️❤️🌟🌟
