911 Vet Care

When my sweet baby girl went in with a broken leg, I was absolutely heartbroken and worried. Dr. Joseph and his entire staff were truly amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly informative, taking the time to clearly explain all the possible courses of action and what the outcomes could be for each option. That level of transparency and care made such a difficult situation so much easier to navigate. Dr. Joseph treated my dog with such compassion and professionalism, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about her well-being. The staff was kind, patient, and supportive every step of the way. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I’m so grateful for the care they provided during such a tough time. We will absolutely be back for check-ups, and for any future emergency needs, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Thank you to Dr. Joseph and the entire team for taking such wonderful care of my baby girl. ❤️

This hospital has been one of my favorites so far, they are very attentive, sweet, and caring. They handled our puppy with care and made sure we were aware of everything going on. They made sure to call daily with an update throughout our dog’s surgery and took very good care of us. Dr.Bassem was very kind and good to us, aswell as our puppy. Dr.Moykos also was very kind and did all of our puppys tests along with her surgery.

We are so grateful for the Vets that took care of our Rey. We tried several vets and no one wanted to proceed with her eye surgery. And some vets wanted up to $6000.00 for her surgery. She has some health issues so a vet from North Valley declined to help us. So far her eyes look a lot better. And hope for a full recovery. She had entropion surgery in both eyes. And so far she looks and feels better. We are truly THANKFUL.

I adopted a 2 year old French Bulldog from a local animal shelter who needed to be neutered. They declined to do the procedure because it was risky. I found 911 online and set up an appointment after reading so many positive reviews. The staff was wonderful. Dr. Joseph called me before the procedure and patiently answered all my questions and calmed my fears. When Buddy was out of surgery, he called me again to let me know everything went well. What a positive experience! Thank you so much!

I have been coming to this vet for a few years now and they have been so compassionate and understanding towards me as an owner through all of my vet situations. For my animals, they have always done an incredible and comforting job. My dogs have never felt scared coming in and have left happy and much healthier!

This was one of the hardest decisions my family has ever had to make — saying goodbye to our husky. We were very emotional and upset that day, and the situation was already extremely difficult for us. We were told a timeframe for his cremation, but ended up waiting longer than expected and had to call ourselves to find out when he was ready. During that time, the staff did mail us a sympathy card signed by everyone, which we truly appreciated. When we came to pick him up, one of the receptionists initially gave us the wrong remains. I noticed the name on the box did not match our dog’s name, so I had to go back inside. Thankfully, another technician helped us and corrected the mistake. I understand mistakes happen, but when you are grieving a beloved pet, these moments are very painful and stressful. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and accuracy for families going through such a difficult time.
