This is the most negligent handling of a medical result I have ever experienced. I paid $82 for a fecal test for our new kitten. Yesenia at the front desk told me we'd hear back by phone within 24 hours. A week went by without hearing anything so I called them. Turns out the vet had the results for SIX DAYS and never told us. Our kitten tested positive for Giardia, a very serious and contagious parasite. 6 entire days of silence while we were already introducing her to our dog and other cat. They claimed they tried to email me and it bounced, which is false, because I verified my email address with the person at the front desk today and it was correct in their system. But even if that were true, WHY, when an email bounces on a medical result, can no one be bothered to pick up the phone? This isn't a spam newsletter, this is a SICK ANIMAL. Now our dog and other cat have likely been exposed and we have to pay a different vet for tests to make sure they're not infected. The cost and stress of treating this falls on us because this office can't be bothered to make a single phone call. This is absolutely unacceptable. And at the end of the day, our kitten has been living with an untreated parasite for a week longer than she needed to because this office couldn't make a single phone call. Do not bring your pets here.

Took my (anxious and reactive) dog here for a check up and vaccines and they did everything they could to make her comfortable enough to be able to get it done. They also worked with me getting her scheduled as I had a very tight and limited schedule. Friendly staff who also explained everything thoroughly (prices, what procedures were being done and why, answers to my questions) and nice, welcoming office. Highly recommend!

Great experience here! It was a much more personal experience than the chain vets in the area. My dog was not a huge fan of the vet but they were so kind, calm and patient with him. Dr. Byrne was so kind and did such a great job explaining everything about my put and took the time to print out articles for me to read and made a personalized plan for my dogs food. I am glad I found a great vet here in Denver.

I have brought a couple of my pets to Stockton. The prices are higher but the service is amazing. While pets usually only visit their vet once a year, mine needs grooming monthly. Cleopatra was groomed and her face came out a little uneven. This is definitely not a judgent about the groomer, my dog is a jerk. I know exactly what happened, Cleo turned her head while clippering it. She is a pill. The groomer is amazing. Cleo loves her, even when she gives her trouble. Overall, I recommend Stockton for your pet care.

My husband and are a new dog owners, while searching for local vets we stumbled across Stockton Pet Hospital. Best decision ever. The staff was so friendly and were able to get me in quick when my dog broke her nail. they were so so gentle with her and answered all of my questions and concerns. The doctor was so professional and kind to us. Highly recommended!!

Took my newly adopted dog in for the free checkup her adoption center included with concerns about her stool. Despite my concerns, and many details about figuring out her diet, they spent the entire time giving her treat after treat. She was improving but now throwing up with diarrhea.

This is one of the best animal hospitals I've been to. The staff are extremely nice and the doctor is thorough. I took my kitten here when she was sick at 11 weeks old and this vet made sure she recovered. Now she's a large healthy cat that just had her first birthday!
