I am deeply grateful to TLC PetSnip, Inc. for their compassion and support during one of the most difficult moments of my life—saying goodbye to my beloved dog, Lucky after 14 Years Together 🥺♥️ From the moment I arrived, their team treated us with kindness, patience, and respect. They made a heartbreaking experience feel a little more peaceful and dignified. I took my little feral kitten to be neutered. The staff was phenomenal. They treated little baby with love and care, As if he was theirs. He's not used to anyone but me. When I picked him up, He was so calm. Today 24 hours later and he's happy , running and playing. Thank you so very much to TLC Snip for all your kindness.

Took Archie to TLC PetSnip to get neutered and I have to say, this place deserves every single one of those stars. He thought it was just another car ride. It was not. But in all seriousness, from the moment we walked in I was impressed. I came in with a laundry list of questions because that is just who I am as a person, and the staff handled every single one with patience and professionalism. No eye rolls, no rushed answers, just genuinely helpful people who clearly love what they do. The pricing was also shockingly affordable. I was fully prepared to wince when they told me the total and instead I almost asked if they forgot something. Archie came out happy, healthy, and completely unbothered. He is thriving. Living his best life with absolutely no knowledge of what took place. If you are looking for an affordable, professional, and stress free option to get your pet spayed or neutered, TLC PetSnip is the move. Cannot recommend them enough

Stopped by today to get information. The girl at the desk didn't even greet me when I walked in. Really? An empty waiting room and you can't say hello? I asked about pricing and whatnot and the girl was just rude. Bad vibes. I want my pet to be treated with love and care, and clearly the staff doesn't care. Terrible first impression. Very disappointing.

I never write reviews but I just had to come on here and shout out TLC and share how absolutely grateful I am for the overall experience . I wish I got the names of the women I was speaking with today. I brought in a stray kitty that’s been having back to back liters. The surgeon noticed her insides twisting around one of her ovaries causing discoloration and not only fixed it for her but gave her a flea medicine as well. The price was unbeatable and I could tell that they absolutely truly cared about her. Thank you !!

We had to have our cat put to sleep. TLC was available and less expensive than the local vet. I called, set the appt. We were in and out in less then 35 minutes. Charlene and Skye were awesome! Very comforting, empathetic, professional and even had us go out to the car and they brought our loved one out to us wrapped up in his cage. We have used many vets (in Polk) and have had many pets over the years, this was by far our BEST experience letting our baby go.

Had to euthanize my dog yesterday. It was affordable but besides that the girl (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was very sweet, kind & compassionate thru the entire process. She took the time b4 she started to see pics of Simba, let us feed him his favorite (peanut butter cups) & asked questions about him. Personal not medical questions.
