I can barely find words to express how amazing my experience was. I cannot thank the staff enough for the amazing care you have for our babies. I was able to experience first hand the outstanding people that work in the SPCA at Lakeland. I was able to take 2 of our backyard cats about a week ago. Everyone we interacted with were so, so kind, so professional that I was greatly impressed. You have a team that could be the envy of any company. They treated us with kindness, a smile and respect. I can only hope that others can learn from them. Way too often people call/email with complaints. Compliments are few and far apart. You guys deserve all the compliments in the world. All of you can pat yourselves on the back and take pride in a job well done, it does not go unnoticed. Once again, thank all of you for making this experience an amazing one. We adopted our baby girl Loretta from here. They were very helpful in the whole process. They actually let you take dogs home for a couple days just to test the waters. We had a trial with Loretta and she fit right in. Although she was 7 months old,still a baby when we adopted her. Still drifting through the baby stages.

Our senior pup ate a bamboo stick. We were worried about her and emailed SPCA with our concerns. They called us right away and got us in within an hour. She was seen for her pup-emergency and they were so helpful getting her all up to date on behind vaccines in the same visit. All is great with Winnie. The prices were reasonable and the staff was amazing. Thank you

My franchise has a cyst on her brow line and I can’t tell you how awesome the staff has been explaining everything to us to understand how we can help her. They truly care about establishing relationships with us so we can feel comfortable in our decisions on how we proceed with care for her. 100% recommended the staff has been awesome and caring. She has surgery in a few weeks and I am confident that they care about my little baby Giselle

The entire facility was very welcoming. Usually you get the perfect customer service representative on your initial contact (over the phone), show up and then be surprised to not receive the same quality of service in person- the entire team proved me otherwise! From the front desk representative, to the room tech Sarah to the Dr, everyone was extraordinary! I will be coming back for any future services my 4 babies will inquire.

They performed a surgery on our fur baby having to remove his eye. They treated this 20 year old fur baby with love and respect and took such good care of him. They helped us out to make this as affordable as possible for us! I definitely love the staff here and am so grateful for them and will bring my other babies here for care also. I highly recommend them for all your babies needs! Unlike most places they don't do it for the money amd prey off the emotions of the pet owners! They do what they do because they genuinely love the pets brought to them!

We had to put our fur baby to sleep last week, and everyone there was so kind and respectful. Also, it's hard enough to put a pet to sleep and then be charged an arm and a leg to do it. This was the most affordable place we found. Thank you SPCA for being gracious, kind and affordable. 5 *****'s
