Everyone was extremely friendly with me and my pet. The tech and the vet were very polite, explained things well, and understanding. The vet took the time to email me after our visit which was very impressive to me. Excellent experience!

This office is top tier luxury best of the best healthcare for your pets. The customer service here is absolutely unmatched. From the front desk staff to the doctors everyone’s bedside manner here is professional and truly caring. Everyone takes their time to make sure your pet and you are both comfortable and understand what is happening. Dr. Dickson is the smartest woman I have ever met. She understands animals on a whole other level it’s amazing. Her heart is just as huge as her brain I truly feel honored to have her care for my cats. I trust everyone in here full heartedly with my babies and which is not easy to do. We have no reason to use a different vets office ever. Thank you My Pets for everything you have done for my family.

Unfortunately, our first visit was to euthanize our pet chinchilla, but the experience was made easier by the amazingly compassionate team at My Pets. From the very first phone call, they displayed knowledge of exotic pets and were efficient in getting us booked for the appointment we needed. During the visit, all staff was caring and delicate with our feelings. The visit to pick up our Oliver's ashes was treated much the same way. We even received a sympathy card in the mail that was hand signed by what looks like the whole office. I hope to bring other pets in the future under better circumstances. Their thoughtfulness through this whole time has been above and beyond what I ever expected and has proven just how deeply they care for all. Thank you!!

There needs to be an option for 100 stars, because that is what they deserve. This office truly cares about you and your pet and will do anything to help them. Recently, my cat escaped her carrier as we were exiting the car at the office. Within seconds of notifying them, an army of staffers come rushing out to help trap her. It was pure chaos as they coaxed her out from under a car, in the pouring rain, thunder, and lightning. Then following this whole ordeal, they were so kind and attentive towards me and my children. This is THE BEST place to take your pets. Thank you so much, My Pets Animal Hospital.

I scheduled a new patient appt for my doggo to have her current TCVM herb protocol evaluated after moving to the area from the midwest. They do require a deposit at the time of booking an appointment, but the deposit is very reasonable and it serves as the cost of the exam. The facility was beautiful and clean. The front desk staff were friendly. The technician I worked with was absolutely wonderful and super thorough. Dr. Donna made me and my girl feel so comfortable. I have worked in veterinary medicine as an assistant for nearly 6 years, so my standards for care are high. This veterinary hospital knocked it out of the park for me.

This vet clinic has been a game changer for my medically complicated dogs. My dogs had health issues not easily resolved. Once I switched to My Pet’s we were able to get them both back to good health. One of my dogs has had life long extreme allergies (food and environment) that were never well controlled despite all the meds, topicals, special diets, etc. My Pet’s and Dr Donna specifically were able to finally resolve the allergies. My pup is back to playing and loving life again! The staff is all wonderful, too! Always friendly and loving towards my pets. They take their time with me and always follow up. Clear plans of care are provided. I also love the "alternative" medicine. My pups have benefited greatly from laser therapies and herbal Eastern traditional medicine instead of western pharmaceuticals. This option was key to their recovery since many western medicine options were not conducive to their complicated medical issues. I am so happy I made this switch and the proof of My Pet’s care is reflected in the health and happiness of my pets.

We brought our lab here after having blood in her stools they got is in the same day even being our first time there. Everyone was extremely nice and attentive I couldn't believe the atmosphere after being with Kathleen so long this was such a relief. They didn't rush they addressed all my concerns and our baby is doing great so far. The cleanliness is amazing as well I was really impressed with this clinic and the staff.
