I love this vet. I previously went to another vet and felt that they were cold, uncaring, and overpriced. When I switched over during getting my cat spayed I learned what a good vet is like. They are very kind, helpful, and care not only for my cat but for me as well. They make sure that I’m okay and comfortable while waiting, and that I understand every piece of what’s going on. They are very reasonably priced and have very comfortable waiting and exam rooms. I will continue to take my animals here for years to come.

All of the staff and doctors are wonderful! They are kind and caring with my dogs. Grooming is great and the girls come home looking and smelling marvelous. Medical is prompt and answer all of my questions. My girls love to come, they get lots of pets and attention.

We are new to the area, we were referred to Cleveland Heights Animal Hospital by one of our neighbors. We were very impressed with the courtesy and care of our first visit. Our dog needed a dental, setting up the appointment was quick and easy. They took great care of Jax and the cost was reasonable. In the meantime, our other dog was not feeling well, they were very courteous at fitting her in when we picked up Jax from his dental so we didn’t have to wait another day and make and additional drive to the office. She got the medication she needed and is already feeling better. Thank you to the doctors and staff for providing a new Veterinary home for the furkids. Jean and Dennis

Cleveland Heights Animal Hospital is a great veterinarian choice—April at the front desk and nurse Sophia are super kind and competent. We had an unexpected and urgent situation this past week with our cat and he was seen and treated that morning/day. Sometimes patience is needed for non emergency visits as they are a busy practice….its worth it to me.

The staff are very generous and we appreciated the care given to the dog we rescue from Southgate Publix. We gave Pepper her flowers while she lived. She was old she was blind and was thrown out of a truck because she wouldn't allow the driver to get inside. Because of her excitement glad he return. He was angry and threw her out of his truck. Honestly we believed he was going to run her over in the parking lot or drop her off somewhere. We prayed that she had a chip inside her but she didn't. If she did he was going to jail. We had her for almost 2 yrs. Sadly she passed away. RIH Pepper and thank you for allowing us to love you.

It’s been a great experience everyone we speak to has been so pleasant. Getting an appointment is pretty easy. A great place to come to for accurate diagnosis in my opinion. Thank you to all of the staff you’re AMAZING.
