Companion Care Veterinary Clinic

I have two large mastiffs that I rescued. My dogs like going to the vet and get excellent care there. Dr Renee and the staff are experienced with guardian breeds and treat my two like they are personal pets. I've had a bad experience at another vet where they evidently weren't experienced with guardian breeds as the tech immediately got in my dog's face with no introduction and promptly got a warning snap so they labeled her aggressive like it was her fault. She was very non aggressive and well socialized but was an alpha. The staff is awesome and you won't constantly see new faces there. It's like family. Their hours are also very accommodating for people who work all day and can't take off to go to the vet. I'm not a "crazy" dog nut but my dogs are members of my family and make my life better so I want to give them the best care I can afford. I appreciate their genuine care and attention that we always get. Do your pet a favor and bring him/her to Companion Care if you are looking for a vet!

Dr. Renee and her crew are seriously awesome! They've been our vet for all our family pets, and even my whole extended family's pets, ever since they opened ages ago. I recently had to put down my 15-year-old dog, and they were so incredibly kind and understanding. I'd 110% recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who'll remember your pet and treat them like their own, not just another name on a list.

1st time I brought my kitten (Faith) she was 6 months old. She was sick skin n bones, could not get her to eat nothing. I syringed fed her with water and food for 3 days, finally I brought her to 24/7 animal hospital off mcneese they wanted to put here down. I walked away. My GF maid an appt. With companion care that morning. Mrs. Renaa and her crew got her fixed up were she was eating and taking fluids the next day. Just recently I got her spayed and she was feeling bad for a couple weeks. She took her temperature and said she was running a fever, She said "it's common for them to get a urinary tract infection after they get spayed". "She's probably got a UTI". TOOK HER TO THE BACK, GOT A SAMPLE OF URINE. SURE ENOUGH. GAVE HERE A SHOT,AND BACK TO NORMAL THE NEXT DAY.

Great experience every time we come here. The vet is very kind and takes the time to explain everything, and all of the workers are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this place and especially Dr Renee. She is 200 % dedicated and made us feel at ease. She cares about the fur babies and will explain everything in detail. I have to give her a 100/10 . Love it

My mother has brought her dog, Ginger, here for many years and the staff has been truly exceptional with her care. We had to put her down today due to her age and they were so companionate and caring with the whole experience. They made it a very relaxing environment for not only Ginger, but for us as well. They gave us time to process the emotions and comforted us and Ginger every step of the way. We did not feel rushed at all. Everyone at Companion has a heart of gold and they love every animal like their own. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you’ve done for Ginger and my mother.

They are wonderful. Took good care of my babies. Are very patient with me and my dogs and cat. I love it there
