Dr. John Morosi ( Dr. John) has been an absolute blessing in Benji’s life. His kindness, patience, and deep knowledge are evident in every visit. He has gone above and beyond to care for Benji, always taking the time to explain, reassure, and provide thoughtful guidance and right treatments Thanks to his dedication, Benji continues to live a happy, healthy life, and that means everything to us. We are truly grateful for the compassion and commitment Dr. John shows not just to Benji, but to every pet and their owners that he cares for. Many thanks to Dr John and his wonderful caring staff.

Dr John and his staff are professional, skilled, and kind. I cannot recommend them more. Our family has adopted and fostered so many pets of all types for many years. After so many bad experiences with vets, obscene bills, unnecessary testing, and lack of compassion, I came in with little hope. But I was pleasantly surprised, Dr Morizi cared for our senior lab through the remainder of his life and major injuries. He did everything he could to keep him comfortable and treatments helpful but not miserably intensive for the dog and our family. Knowing he was available and nearby made me comfortable adopting another ailing senior dog from the shelter. This dog has been more challenging and in different ways. Again, Dr Morizi and his staff have been there to help, with sincere compassion, and realistic solutions for our pet and family.

Dr. Morizi is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. Hhe took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my dog's condition and the treatment options available. I really appreciated how he answered all my questions and made sure I understood each step of the process.

Absolutely the best animal hospital in San Diego county. Amazing, tentative staffing. Dr. Morizi is a caring, gentle & extremely experienced in his field. With over 20 yrs + experience. I have been taking my fur babies to him for many years! Eventhough I know live an hour north of SD I take my babies to him! Very honest man!

Dr. John Morizi is a knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, friendly & trustworthy vet with many years of experience. He is very gentle & caring with my dogs as are his vet techs & groomer. His office manager is efficient & organized. Bonus that she replies promptly whenever I have questions & she notifies me when my dogs' vaccines & dental/annual exams are due. This clinic is very clean. Digital X-Ray equipment & a state of the art operating room are on site too. --Wendy Wang

I could not be more satisfied with the care my two fur babies received here. Dr John was quick to act on an acute liver issue my 12 year dog had and he saved his life. The Dr and Staff are so good with the animals, you can just tell they really love what they do.

Dr. John is not our primary vet since we live in northern CA, but we spend a lot of time in La Jolla and have gone to him about 5 times. I wish we lived here so he could be the full time vet to our Morkie and small fluffy rescue, Scarf. He is compassionate with our dogs, effectively communicates treatment options to us, and has reasonable prices. He readily offers specialist referrals as needed. Leslie, the groomer, is also excellent at making our furry family members look beautiful and healthy.
