VCA Rose Hill Animal Hospital

Fully charged a card when I asked to use Care Credit. The desk did not inform me it would be a full charge, only that it had to have a Mastercard logo or she "would have to go all the way on the website and do it there" as if it was an issue. I was not informed the usual payment plan I use isn’t eligible through using the card reader, and I tried to call back multiple times that day. The vet and medical staff are kind, but the front desk has always been rude to customers so I have tried to make conversation quick. They’re only open a few days a week with limited hours, and I rarely get someone in the phone when I call. Online booking works best. The floor was really gross and my dog ate something under the chair, and the pee may they put down had poop on it not from my dog. The charges at this location are substantially higher than local vets and what I remember them costing. Over $400 for ear drops, a shot, and an exam to verify ear medication. I’ve paid $250 locally for this same issue. I will go somewhere who utilizes medical accounts properly instead of fully charging on a 28% APR card, with clean floors, and better hours from now on, I took pets here on and off for 2 decades and had hit or miss experiences. Do not recommend.

Kim at the front was awesome! Melanie and Dr. Kastner are so amazing and kind to my dog. We transferred from another office and they were so kind, can’t wait to come back!

Our Cali girl was diagnosed with Addisons after having an addisonian crisis and nearly dying. Her whole personality had changed. No energy. No vigor. Horrible gut issues. It was really sad. On our first visit to VCA Rose Hills, they identified Cali’s medication had been misdiagnosed by her previous doctor and was taking nearly double the dosage of what is recommend for her weight and size. After adjusting her medication we immediately began to see the old Cali girl again! She’s now living a healthy and happy life. We couldn’t be more thankful for the care VCA Rose Hills provides. Every visit is warm and welcoming. The whole staff it truly amazing.

My big boy and I have been apart of VCA Bellevue for 5 years now! All the staff are absolutely incredible: the veterinarians, the assistants, the front desk staff- everyone is so so sweet and makes my cat feel so comforted and loved every single time we come in. Even when we have to do shots, they allow you in the space with your cat to comfort them and they are so gentle with the shots and any sort of medication. My cat doesn’t love the vet but he’s at least comforted coming to VCA 🙂 we love love it! My questions are always answered, they do such thorough checkups to make sure your fur baby is all healthy, and they will always do a check in text or call to make sure they’re all good. Genuinely the best vet!!

We were with VCA Rose Hill for the life of our standard poodle. Like with humans, he needed more care during his later years. Through it all, our dog absolutely loved going here. Great care & caring environment by Dr. Kastner, Alice & Kim. Takes insurance too.

The staff here is always so friendly and patient. The doctors are knowledgeable and answer all our questions without feeling rushed. We felt more than comfortable dropping Lucy off for his dental cleaning as we knew he was in good hands. We will continue bringing all 3 of our boys here!

Everyone that works at this office is so kind and helpful. They treat my dogs with so much love and care. I am so proud to bring my dogs here!
