L&L Animal Urgent Care

Dr Stephanie Stoegbauer and her team are wonderful! My cat was sick and not eating for over 48 hrs. I brought her to L&L Animal Urgent Care and they took such great care of my fur baby. Dr. Stephanie did a thorough examination and "broke down numbers" so you are not sticker shocked. Unfortunately, my cat needed an emergency ultrasound. Dr. Stoegbauer contacted a few animal hospitals she is partnered with and she was able to get my cat triaged to a hospital in Shoreline. I had to say goodbye to my sweet baby yesterday, but I appreciate everything L&L did for me.

I took my SOUL dog after a friend reccomended L and L to me and I was overly stressed about her rapid weight gain. Dr Pierce went above and beyond reassuring me that my precious Frankie is ok and helped get her on a new diet plan leaving me very hopeful (after many tears of fear of losing her ) that we will have many more years together . I am so thankful my friend recommended LandL . We felt the Love of their real love of our fur baby

The staff were very nice and their communication was great. The facility is clean and they were able to see my cat the same day. However, I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment as usually all vets are very busy. It was a little on the pricey side but considering it was an urgent care appointment I didn't find it to be far outside of what I would have expected, especially for the quality of care. To their credit, they walked me through all of the options and were very up from about how much each option would cost. The only thing that surprised me regarding pricing was that I had to pay for a follow up appointment that included a staple removal, from my experience with other vets I thought this would be included in the price for the initial visit considering it was expected. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic purely for the attitude of the staff, their excellent communication and my perception of their quality of care.

They saw my sick kitten twice over 2 weeks. The scheduling was easy and they let me know when to come in and the room was ready when I got there. The techs were very friendly and comfortable with animals and the two different vets I saw both were reassuring and totally willing to answer all my questions and explain what they thought was going on and the recommended care. They also were very transparent with costs and immediately willing to price different options, and the expenses were in line with what I pay at my other vet, but for same day care. I will definitely go to them again if my kitties need any urgent care.

I came in for my cat, Moon, for an emergency visit today, and the staff was so friendly and understanding. They were quick with helping me and we were in and out with the exam done, medication and next-step advice in less than 3 hours. I told them I was really worried about the financial aspect, but they were very upfront with me and walked me through all the costs, and helped set me up with a care card and some sample food for my cat. They made the whole process very painless and I really appreciate that from a vet.

I am more than impressed by this special urgent care. From my urgent call to the time I left the clinic, everyone was attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable and my big boy (Mastiff 120 pound giant) "Magnus "wasn’t traumatized by his experience. If fact, he was loving on the Dr. and the tech after his uncomfortable procedure. The entire staff CARES a lot. They don’t try to add on services, etc…they do what it takes to make your animal comfortable with minimal stress for all….including me. I’ve been to urgent care facilities previously and I have to say, this was my best experience ever. I’m so thrilled my vet recommended them. A huge THANK YOU to the amazing staff.

I’ve been here twice for urgent visits and they have been so kind and helpful. Absolutely everybody that I’ve interacted with has been amazing. I brought my sheltie in for an eye infection and uti. They treated her with the care as if she was their pet. If you ever find yourself in need or urgent care for your pet I highly recommend L&L! They gave me lots of options and price breakdown as well and seeing her quickly both times.
