El Centro Pet Medical Center has been an incredible blessing for both me and my German Shepherd, Oscar. From the moment we walk through the door, we are treated like family. Tracy and the entire front desk team always greet us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. I also want to recognize Carlene, whose warmth and positive attitude help make every visit a pleasant experience. A special thank you to Dr. Lee Davis and the entire medical staff for the outstanding care they provide. Their compassion, knowledge, and dedication give me complete confidence that Oscar is receiving the very best treatment possible. Dr Ryan and Dr Davis are genuinely, and without hyperbole, one of a kind vets. Dr Ryan has spent so much time getting to know my cats and their quirks and needs and makes sure they're taken care of and doing amazing. Dr Davis has done amazing work with our dogs. Both will sit and explain their methodology and why they want to order certain tests or why they're choosing a treatment plan and will happily answer any questions I have. As a naturally anxious person prone to worry, they've never treated my concerns or questions as a burden or bother, though I'm sure it has been several times lol. You can tell they care about your pets and they care about providing quality care. Even the vet techs and front desk staff are kind and attentive and move mountains to take care of your pets. They're amazing. If you had a bad experience at El Centro but it was before they arrived, I urge you to give them another chance.

When our dog got bit we were not ready for the expense but after researching places within Killeen El Centro had the best pricing and they provided excellent care. Knowing our dog had specific injuries they were willing to squeeze us in early and it was much appreciated. We definitely be returning for care when needed.

Called today ( Monday, May 18, 2026) at 2:30 pm to make an appointment for one of our pets. The receptionist answered and asked if I minded being placed on hold for a minute. Sure, no problem. After ten minutes it tried to connect me back to the receptionist. At that point I received a " No one is available to take your call. Please call back" and then disconnected me. Irritating, but I understand those things happen. What I DON'T understand is when I called back and the receptionist again asked if I would hold and I told her what just happened- not angry. She had such a horrible attitude. She proceeded to scold me that patients were in front of her. Not an apology, not wait just a second, just just an absolute disgraceful way to treat , what was, a potential new client with four animals. The receptionist needs a refresher course on customer service because her total lack of awareness to how she " handles" phone calls is seriously evident in she treats the people calling this business. She is single handedly responsible for losing this families business...and every one of the people we know in Killeen.

I was and am very satisfied with the great and most compassionate service that they provided. My fur baby Kenny truly needed the attention and they met every standard of care that he needed.

El Centro Vet Clinic has taken such great care of my dog, Maple, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire staff is always super friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. When Maple had her spay surgery, they took the time to clearly explain what to expect before, during, and after the procedure, which really helped put my mind at ease. The surgery went smoothly, and Maple is recovering amazingly well. she's a happy camper and acting like nothing ever happened! It's obvious they truly care about the animals and their owners. I highly recommend El Centro Vet Clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable veterinary care. Thank you El Centro for taking such good care of my lucy the goose I was very worried and nervous with her spay surgery but they explained everything and were so helpful and super sweet in explaining the entire process and letting me call as much as I want to check on my baby I appreciate yall so much
