Banfield Pet Hospital

I have been bringing my fur babies to Bansfield for a couple of years now, and the experience has always been wonderful. Vanessa at the front desk is consistently so sweet, incredibly organized, and truly one of the best receptionists I’ve ever encountered at a veterinary clinic. Dr. Kosar is our vet, and we absolutely love her. She takes excellent care of our babies and always communicates clearly, explaining everything thoroughly. I have never had any issues with this location. If you’re looking for a veterinary clinic, I highly recommend Bansfield Pet Hospital. Their wellness plans are straightforward and easy to understand. If you’re not on a plan, pricing can be a little higher, but in my opinion, the care and service are absolutely worth it.

i called this place asking if they had any availability for emergency walk ins. the receptionist at the desk cut me off and told me she’d have to ask the doctor and when i tried to explain to her what was going on with my pet she talked to me in a condescending tone while my dog was lathargic and not able to walk. she told me "are you going to let me talk or just talk over me" i expressed to her i was very worried for my dog and she followed up with they have nothing available. so she just wasted my dogs time and was completely unprofessional. if you don’t have good customer service you shouldn’t be in a receptionist position!!!!!!

Staff is super helpful and accommodating! Extremely nice and explain everything in detail without making you feel rushed. We really appreciated that. We ended up getting monthly plans for two out of the three pets. Definitely worth it for them. Left one star off because it's pretty pricey for their service, although, let's be honest. You get what you pay for🤷‍♀️. Still hurts... Lol I highly recommend and again, the folks here are wonderful, really. Definitely trust them with my babies💯☺️

This banfield is by far my favorite. They are extremely knowledgeable and have helped me more times than I can count! They answer every question and to be honest, I wouldn't be such a great dog mom to 6 dogs without them!

Since moving here and found these guy Our life's forever changed Dr williams really saved my pup Our lives have rearranged They never judge or give me grief About the little things That other vets won't call them out Like angels without wings I have to say without their help I don't know where we'd be Becuz their compassion over rides Where others were blind to see I say it loud without these guys I don't know where we'd be With all my heart and soul I say A fan they have in me If your like me ,and your dog is really The only love you have Then trust them with your pet and love And wipe away your pasta Experiences with vets that are rough and make You feel like all is lost I'll never trust another place With my baby at at any costs. Dr williams I say my hero and I'm glad to call my friend For banfield is the only place we'll Go until the end Some say that heros only exist In comic books and shows On TV but I'm living proof And one who surely knows I love them I love them is all I can say When all is on the line That banfield saved my puppies life I'm grateful till the end of time

A Person nswered the phone👍🏼. Very friendly & apologized But Not an 'Emergency' vet although they Popped up on Google Maps search for 'Emergency veterinary clinics in Killeen'. NOT 'sponsored' & Not their fault. I called bcoz of 1 Great Review.

Very kind and understanding staff when they attended my kitten Ino and even let me and my husband say our goodbyes to him with his brother miku before he was put to rest. Great prices and made it easy for us to pay through credit care. Definitely don't regret going there and am grateful for their excellent service.
