The doctor was unprofessional, petty, and condescending over an issue which happened a year ago. She misdiagnosed my dog and performed $400 worth of testing last year. My dog was there for a routine anal gland secretion and she alarmed that my dog needed emergency surgery. I was kind to the doctor even though she was unprofessional and petty. I felt as if I should had been the one with the attitude. She was the one causing the trauma last year at our visit. Her attitude made me concerned about how she values her job and care of the animals. The waiting area benches have not been cleaned in a long time and my examination room smelt unclean. Not like dogs were seen there that day, but a stench like the clinic being cleaned was well overdue. I’ve been a customer there for almost 30 years and I’ve been loyal with all the changes over the past few years. Moving forward, I will not have my dog be a patient at this vet any longer. It’s disappointing what has happened to this business.

Brought my kitties several times to here and they've always taken good care of us. Recently got my cryptorchid kitten fixed here and the surgeon was skilled enough that there was minimal incisions so he's healing very well! If you're looking for a local place that care about you AND your cats and dogs, this is a great place to go.

Excellent care from the vets, techs and front office staff. They have seen my 110lb male rottie (Walker), 70lb female rottie (Kahlua) and 6lb Brussels Griffon (Gidget). Each dog has been treated with care and genuine interest. I highly recommend Kernersville Veterinary Hospital.

Dr. Tiffany has changed my dog’s life . One year seizure free! We love the care he gets here. I do wish they had open hours sometimes for walk ins. Sometimes your dog is sick and they can’t wait to see the dr. The emergency vet is just so expensive.

When Mocha wandered up our driveway wearing a tagless collar we brought him here to check for a chip. No chip. The tech was super friendly and helpful with suggestions for finding his owners. We found his foster mom and decided to adopt him. Our 1st experience was so positive, we brought him back for a chip and everything. All the techs and vet were great. Did a complete work up on him. Took thier time helping us decide on flea and heartworm meds. I would absolutely recommend them. My only caution is they have a limited number of walk-ins, so call ahead. When we went the 1st time I saw the walk-in sign. When we adopted him we went back as a walk-in and they were "full". They were able to get us an appointment time a couple days later.

I recently had to take my sick cat and she was given the proper supportive care. After a week of her getting a little worse everyday and not wanting to eat I called to speak with a vet about bringing her in for Euthanasia. I was told a vet would call me back to discuss and I never got a call back. I ended up having in home services but was very disappointed that in my time of distress that no one from the vet clinic showed up for me. I will not be going there in the future.

I went to this hospital on an emergency visit for one of my dogs a few years ago. I see the vet that helped my dog no longer works for this hospital. She was an older woman and such a great vet. She was outstanding. I took my other dog here a few years later because he was a bit restless at night. The service was horrible. A different doc misdiagnosed my dog and the medication she provided for the misdiagnosis caused a stroke and his health rapidly declined after that. I went to another vet who told me he had something completely different and the meds from the misdiagnosis made it worse. When I told the doc what transpired, I was told that my dog was going to die anyway so the diagnosis didn’t matter. The doc agree to help me out for a few visits afterward due to the error but, the care got worse as my dog got sicker. She said on numerous occasions that nothing matter and even failed to measure the amount of fluid she drained from my dog because she said it didn’t matter. Even though it didn’t matter to her, I still had to pay full price for shotty services. I paid it because I was desperate to keep my dog comfortable and felt so guilty that my ill-vetted trust in a new location caused his health to rapidly decline. To this day, they still send reminder cards of my dead dog’s vaccinations. This November he would have been dead for three years. I’ve called them repeatedly to update this information. Every few months I’m reminded of the last tragic months of my dog’s life. If you’re in a pinch and need a location, then this is a last resort. Otherwise, there are better vets in the area if you can get in on their waiting lists.
