I have been going hear since 1986. I total trust this vet. She is very professional. She has kept my animals who were some difficult cases alive and I to old age. The staff has always treated my husband and I well. They don't alway have positive things to say because sometimes bad things happen when you deal with animals. Your pets are animals first you loving babies second. As for having to wait in your care for the appointment because Dr Amy has a condition...is that really a hard thing to do to keep a person safe. I don't think so and if it is go somewhere else.

Booked an appointment for my cat, recieved email confirmation. Arrived on the time. Receptionist denied that there is appointment, so i showed her my proof of email. She said that doctor is not with us. Then made another excuse said that doctor is sick and clinic is closing with a smirk on her face. Which is disappointing experience. My mom and grandma use this place for their cats for more than 30 years. I guess I have to find another clinic for my cat's swollen infection on his upper left skull...

I have been going there since I was a kid and I just had to let my little guy go over the rainbow bridge they were very compassionate and very professional . I got to hold him till I was ready and they were very kind also she is very smart and that’s the reason I go there she is the smartest and that’s what you want

I called to find out what they charge for dog spraying. I was told $400. A few weeks later I made an appointment for the spaying. I got to the appointment 5 minutes early. You can't just walk in because the Vet is immuno compromised. You have to call them on arrival and then wait for someone to come outside and wave you in. It was a particularly hot day and had to wait in my air conditioned car. I waited 20 minutes, 15 minutes payed my appointment time. Then had to wait another 10 minutes inside. So inconvenient. I handed the dog off to a girl and asked the receptionist what the cost would be. She said $450. I said 3 weeks ago it was $400. She smugly said...Well prices change and if she went through her first heat it costs more. She could have told me that when I called for the cost 3 weeks before the appointment when I informed her of the dog's heat cycle. When I picked my dog up the spaying cost was $295. When I asked about that the receptionist said, nastily,...It must have been harder to spray your dog. I told her they can't keep inflating the price with no explanation. She said meanly...I can't tell you over the phone the different process. All I can tell you is the base price. This place is a sham.$8 for a plastic collar (no problem),$10 for gabapentin for pain

I love the way the Vet is caring with my two boy cats and patient with me. Because of some bad neighbors, my cats have run into health problems. But thanks to this clinic, all is well with my cats. Dr. Fulmer Vogel is the best!

The receptionist at this place got mad at me for not making an appointment to come and purchase flea and tick medication for my animals. If you don't like your job, maybe find another instead of taking your bad day out on customers. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences of my life.

I took my kitten here for ear mites. Let me just say after going to another vet in Illinois and then changing vets to here. That was the best decision we made for our little family... My kitten was living with ear mites for almost a year. This vet she was on top of it. It literally was cleared up in a week. Now that we have a puppy I will be making my next appointment with here.
